The worse experience of my life. This school is manage like they are somewhere in the middle of Latin American... Very poor customer service! The Quenedit guy owner attacks women verbally and the wife totally unreasonable and conducts herself in a very poor manner not only with us also saw it with other clients . I have never seen something similar anywhere else. They also money hungry totally over price and they want to take advantage of people's money. Horrible experience will never recommend this place!

Definitely, it is one of the best places to learn all types of dance. The dance teachers are professional and supportive. They always encourage you to dance that you truly love!

Perfect cute and adorable ballet school for my 3 year old. The teachers are so very patient with all the little girls, especially when they are occupied with other things Lolol. My niece also went here since she was 3 and all the way up until she was a high level dancer and in competitions. Highly recommend this school. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.

My granddaughter went to this school and these owners were nasty to my daughter and granddaughter. They are overpriced with their poor customer service, customs' quality and the women client treatment is despicable..... They over charged the customs going to Mexico with a underpaid seamstress that does horrible costumes and quality is not revise before giving to the client. My daughter does not ever want to approach this matter with the school because she is afraid of Mr. Quenedit and just does not want anything to do with this school because he was verbally abusive and the female owner very aggressive. We do not appreciate the treatment and the quality of this overprice school. Let the quality of their customs speak for themselves here is a picture! These peeps need a whole curse on customer service and quality control. It is unspeakable their behavior and even if my daughter does not accept to speak about this I am... We are so upset about this whole experience is just a disservice to our community and the parents that support this business. These people are in only for the money not for the community!

My daughter started taking ballet from Quenedit Ballet School in August of 2017. She has been taking ballet since she was 8. My husband and I are so impressed with the quality of training here at QBS and what they were able to help my daughter accomplish in just one year. My daughter was invited to a prestigious year round school after an audition this spring. This would not have been possible without the love and support from Ernesto and Catalina as well as the other staff at the school. They have not only helped with the ballet technique but her confidence and belief in herself. They genuinely love all their students and want them all to succeed at what ever it may be. I would recommend QBS to any level of dancer your son or daughter may be at. Both directors are very professional and caring and are excellent teachers in ballet and dance. QBS has a wonderful staff that will not only help your child excel in ballet but also other art forms such as jazz, modern, contemporary and hip hop. They also provide master classes with people from different countries and different genres to come in and provide class. In my opinion one of the best schools in San Antonio.

I am 13 years old and I was taking ballet classes in this school. My mami is a single mom and tried her best to follow thought with the demands of these people towards my mami...Tonight I witness the owner of this school screaming to my mami and denying my participation in the recital when we have already paid 4 months of very expensive ballet classes and costumes….. and now they are denying my participating in the recital even though my mami has paid all these months and struggles to continue to paid days we have not assisted... She has tried so hard and the owner Mr. Quenedit abused my mami verbally and i had to witness that...Besides being 20 days away from the recital and him denying my participation. I am so sad!

QBS is an amazing institution that both our daughters have enjoyed. Our youngest has been with QBS for 6 years and her growth and skill in ballet is AMAZING. This is a professionally run ballet company. Not a general dance org. The negative reviews below are all by the same family or their friends. Disgruntled over their wrong doing, not QBS. Not cool to put QBS on blast. The large number of families at QBS and their growth speaks to the quality of their organization, owners and staff.

My children came to QBS with some prior ballet instruction and they were a little nervous at first but they were so warmly received by the front desk staff, owners, and the other dancers at QBS. We were incredibly impressed with the owners’ training backgrounds, professional dance experience, teaching experience, and the quality of instruction they offer. We’re going on three years now and my children are absolutely thrilled with the progress they’ve made and the amazing opportunities they’ve had at QBS. The entire staff is genuinely kind, caring, and invested in all their students.

I have endure the biggest abused by this institution they have not only forced me to paid days I did not wanted to paid from the day we started with the excuse they have two months terms....Missing 4 weeks later I had to paid the 4 weeks missing weeks without being able to make up for he classes...... which by the way never fully made up with the excuse of my time being up for make up classes! Tonight the women owner accused me of lying while the male owner was screaming on my face for raising my voice on the phone after his wife was accusing me...suffered verbal abuse by a man I hardly know! But the worse part my little girl was denied to be part of the recital and she witness al this abuse by this macho man....

The ballet training that my daughter received over the past 4 years at Quenedit Ballet School was beyond exceptional. If we had not moved out of state, our daughter would still be training at QBS. The resume, quality and knowledge of the teachers is outstanding. The opportunity to train and learn from former international principle ballet dancers/teachers has been a driving force in my daughter's pursuit of becoming a ballerina.
