Can't even say how much I love taking classes at Aradia!! Definitely a welcoming place, as I was very nervous going into it myself, but I had no reason to the manager of this location is absolutely amazing and class mates are as well!

I seriously love Aradia. It's not just for pole dancing, you can also learn other aerials such as aerial hoop and straps. I love all my instructors and it's the most fun I could ever have as a workout. Classes stay fresh as there is always something new to learn or a new aerial to conquer!

Went to an intro to aerial hoop class which ended up being aerobics for women. There was really no catering to male energy in there, playing sassy girl songs one after the next, complete with booty shakin' hip swings and flappy bird arm "warmups". The moves were simply conditioning and strengthening that I could have done at home using the floor and a chin up bar. But if your a sassy momma looking to burn a couple calories to 90's throwback songs, check it out. The instructor was friendly and outgoing, but you couldn't hear a word she said over the music as she talked facing into the mirror. A little tweaking and there could be a great broad range product here. Change the soundtrack, get a headset mic, and let us play a little more on the hoop! Don't see why i would ever come back or register when over three quarters of the class is exercises! I mean I get it, warm up the body... yada yada.... but three quarters? If thats what i wanted id go to a gym!

Aradia is easily the best locally owned option for alternative fitness in the greater Edmonton area. I've taken everything here. They do aerial yoga, aerial hoop, pole, stretch, lapdance workshops, bootcamps, yoga, and more just seems to be added all the time. You can use your membership at any of the locations so the choices/options are pretty diverse regardless of what class you want to take and the instructors at each one are equally as awesome.

Super awesome teachers who are very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend trying more than just the "standard" pole classes and try out one of their flow classes, for an example. Even if you're nervous and shy or you just don't feel like you can "be sexy", I promise the instructors will ease your nerves right away and you will build the confidence to allow yourself to feel sexy. I highly recommend Aradia and with classes in multiple locations there's plenty of class options and teachers to choose from! Amy was also my most recent instructor and she's beyond fantastic and goes above and beyond for her classes. You won't regret your decision to come here!

Ever Wanted to try Pole Dancing? This is the place to go to! All of the instructors are amazing, kind, helpful and supportive! Afraid to try because you aren't super fit? Dont be! We all start somewhere at the same level. They will help you build your strength confidence and help you just love yourself! They even have many other class options besides pole for you to try! There is NO signage visible when trying to find the location and it is not seen from the road, the door which is on the side of the building has the name in small writing, but you need to be right outside in the parking lot to see it.. Our entire group ended up late as we were all driving around the area looking for it. A number of us called the business phone and since it was after their normal hours nobody would answer to help us find it! Perhaps giving the instructors number so we could contact her if needed?? The class itself was lots of fun (lap dance class) although the instructor forgot the routine twice and had to go check her book to find the next steps.. the routine was fun and studio was nice.
