I’m relatively new to Breathing Room and was nervous to leave my comfort zone and join a new studio. The nerves disappeared soon as I was greeted by so many friendly yogis. The classes leave me feeling confident and happy. I highly recommend this studio.

At the Breathing Room, there is such a positive energy and everyone makes you feel welcome. The instructors all have a unique teaching style and I have never left a class disappointed or less than completely rejuvenated.

Lisa is such a kind, energetic yoga teacher. Prenatal classes as well as the mom+baby classes have been amazing. This is such a fun, family-friendly studio. The wildflour cafe is an added bonus. Coffee and a snack after class are always delicious.

I have been going to the Breathing Room since 2010 and this is the most heartwarming place on earth. They offer amazing classes and even tributes to yogis that have passed. Your family at Breathing Room. My favourite part is when this give out warming face towels or eye pillows during chivasna (ending meditation). Amazing studio! Great for every type of yogi (beginner and up)!

The breathing room is my favorite studio in Red Deer. Such a welcoming atmosphere cozy clean rooms and amazing instructors. Always feel so wonderful after taking a class here! Great diversity of classes for all skill levels.

The Breathing Room is a calming and energizing to practice yoga. I am new to the area and I found the instructors to be open to suggesting methods or variations to poses to allow yogis of all levels and body conditions to practice well and safely. I am very impressed. The cost is reasonable and there are lower rates for students and seniors. The change rooms are clean and welcoming. I was sad to see that they do not offer Restorative Yoga. I have found Yin Yoga to be similar with restorative properties but not quite the same. This is however the only thing I can complain about. :)

By far the best yoga studio I’ve ever been too. Bonnee is a great teacher, her class is fun but challenging and she always incorporates new things. I wish I could find a similar studio in Calgary.

I went to a pre natal yoga series that was led by Lisa and I cant say enough good things about the experience. I'm having my first baby and my anxiety was so high throughout my pregnancy until I went to these yoga classes. She knew exactly what to say in a soothing manner that made me feel prepared and capable of having my baby. The poses were relaxing but functional for the labour experience. I highly recommend this class to any pregnant woman, but especially nervous, first timers. I will continue to take yoga after my baby is born due to the benefits I experienced in the first classes I went to. Thank you Lisa ????

Fabulous yoga studio. Wonderful feel with great classses and excellent instructors. Great kids programming also. And afterwards have a nice snack and a coffee. A great place to be.
