Let me tell you a story. This one is for all the boyfriends and husbands being asked to go try it by their significant others. Like you, my partner was like hey you have to try it. I was a wrestler since I could walk. I rock climb now. I work in forestry carrying around a saw all day in the woods. I'm in shape...... I walked in with my fiancee and was instantly greeted by smiles and a really warm atmosphere. About here is where the pleasantries end. The workout I proceeded doing following the instruction of this power house lady half my size and 8x my strength left me crying. No really its been a week and I just managed to dress myself without assistance. Don't be fooled, the hoop work out I did left muscles I didn't even know I had screaming and crying for mercy. The ladies are so friendly.... But they are savages. And the movements they do with grace and ease are actually on the verge of disconnecting my tendons from the rest of me... ????You've been warned, and yes, your partner, at Angel's, is working out harder than you.
