My daughter is 3.5yrs and it has been hard to transition into programs during Covid as restrictions make it so that parents often can not watch their kids during their activities. Collingwood school of dance has been so supportive to us and our daughter the whole way, creating a comfortable and supportive environment during this time. Our daughter is thriving and enjoys her time in the fine arts program.

Juniper started in the Prima Star Tot program and has recently gone on to the Fine Arts Club. It has been wonderful to see her progress each week. She is always so excited to go to her "club" and see her new friends, and she is very proud of the artwork she takes home each week. (The 2-hour class is also a welcomed break to to run a few errands or get caught up on things at home!) All the staff at Collingwood School of Dance Inc. have been wonderful to us and we're so happy to have them in the community.

Such an amazing studio! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My daughter loves attending dance class every week. Great atmosphere and energy from everyone involved (staff and other parents). Would highly recommend CSD to anyone!

My oldest daughter started here 9 years ago when she was 3. We have loved every minute of out CSD family. Now that my youngest is 3 she has started her first year of Ballet. The confidence and sense of community my children are experiencing is amazing.

We love CSD! We have been dancing there for nearly 7 years. My eldest daughter began in Prima 1 and has progressed through the entire Prima Program. She is now in the Junior level and a member of the Company. She takes part in many dance opportunities provided by CSD including recitals, workshops, exams, competitions and special days dedicated to furthering her training. There are also lots of fun summer activities available for all ages. She takes Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Acro. My younger daughter is nearly finished her Prima years and will follow in her sister's steps I'm sure :) My girls "live" dance and have been inspired immensely by their experience at CSD. It has become our home away from home! The teachers are friendly and gifted and they share their knowledge with the children lovingly. The director/ owner is friendly and I have had nothing but positive interaction with her in my several years there. The dancers are talented and you can see the love of dance shining through their faces. We are so glad to be a part of the CSD family!

Collingwood School of Dance is quite honestly the best dance studio in this area. They are extremely organized and have superior customer service. More importantly, I just love how they make each dancer feel so special. Couldn't be happier.

I cant say enough good things about CSD!! Instructors - most qualified in the area (seriously, save yourself the drive to the city, these ladies are ????), and they know what the students are physically capable of at every age and when to challenge and encourage them in a fun and positive way. AND THE STAFF - so professional (and their social media is ON POINT) and are always willing to go above and beyond for not just their students, but the parents as well! Highly recommend CSD!

WE absolutely love the collingwood School of Dance. The owner is always professional. Miss Alese and Miss Mariah are absolutley amazing. We started taking the Parent and Tot classes when my daughter was 15 months old. She is now in Prima 1 and we couldn't be happier. We drive from Wasaga Beach to attend this school because it is so awesome

Since my daughter started in 2009 at the age of 3 we have been impressed by the outstanding dance instruction, the attention to detail, and the absolute dedication to the integrity of the art! In 2013 my youngest daughter also joined the CSD family! I am pleased to say that both girls' unique interests and talents are valued and celebrated, and for that I am so grateful!!

My daughter has been enjoying her class immensely at the Collingwood school of dance! She counts down the days until class. She took her time deciding what genre was for her, and finally decided that she loves musical theatre. It is fantastic to see schools offering trial lessons, especially during these uncertain times where parents are having to be more selective on what extra curriculars their children can attend. Danielle has been extra attentive to our needs and going above and beyond to ensure that we feel comfortable with the school. Overall, amazing experience.

My 19 month old daughter loves the Prima Star Tots program! I am amazed at how quickly she has picked up on the dances. This is our second session and even after a small break she picked it up again very quickly. My daughter has even learned to say some letters now from doing a dance exercise with the alphabet song. Even without me encouraging it at home I will notice her doing some of the dances from the program at home ???? Devon is fantastic with the children & families. I would highly recommend Collingwood School of Dance and we are excited to continue watching my daughter grow in the program.

Ms. Stone is incredibly kind and caring with my daughter and the other students in her class, and I'm so impressed with how much she is able to teach them over the season. We're a family from Wasaga beach and chose our daughter to start dance classes at the collingwood school of dance. Location for us isn't ideal as there's a dance studio less then a km from our home but the atmosphere, programs, professionalism of staff and availability the collingwood dance studio offers we couldn't turn this opportunity away from our daughters. We gladly do the drive as we know she's in great hands.

Great studio! Excellent space for students to learn from really knowledgeable teachers. You can really tell that dance and teaching is something they are passionate about which makes the kids feel really welcomed and they have a great time. For busy parents, its always a breeze to deal with all the other staff too, if its answering the same question for the millionth time or reminding me of things that I forgot about, they are super helpful and make sure everything runs smoothly.

The teacher was good but every dealing I've had with the owner is worse then getting teeth pulled. She is extremely rude when you have questions, which never having been in dance and wanting the best for my daughter I obviously had some. Also I had changed my credit card and emailed her multiple times saying to stop trying to charge it as it had been changed to a business card. It took me threatening to call Visa and report fraud to get her to stop. I could say more but instead just look for a different dance place.
