Tania is a fantastic instructor! The school provides a variety of dancing lessons for everyone. Both instructors and students are extraordinarily friendly and hospitable. Tania’s personalized feedback always help her students improve constantly. And, very often, you see new faces coming to the dance studio. Started going to this studio about 1 year ago upon my friend's recommendation. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! The people I met there are super friendly, instructors patient and observant, there are tons of different styles to choose from, for any ages - kids to adults! Both female and male instructors available, if you have a preference. If you join the performance team (which is what I did), you will receive world champion quality instruction and training as well as chances to perform on stage, socials or join congresses on a team! It felt like I joined a family and I will highly recommend this studio if you are looking to spice up your life experience in Toronto!!! =D

I found Dance ConneXion is one of the best place to learn Latin dance for beginner to advance levels. The instructors are super friendly and at the same time professional and attentive. The quality and content of the classes are rich. They combine their masterful knowledge and delivery skills with wit and humility in such a way that you always feel welcome. There are laughter even during serious practice sessions which makes the lessons fun and less intimidating for novices. The instructors are very knowledgeable, they are amazing dancers themselves. The feedback they provide during each lessons are always precise and to the point for each individual students. Overall I'm very satisfied.

I really enjoy classes at Dance ConneXion with Tania. I have taken Bachata Level 1 & 2 as well as Salsa! The class sizes are small and interactive and the students are great. I have tried other dance studios but my progress was a lot slower and I didn't have the direction I needed. Tania is very attentive and easily explains the movements. I progressed so much with Dance ConneXion and look foward to every class. Highly recommended :)

I loved my experience at Dance ConneXion! I joined the salsa performance team in May 2019 and my salsa really improved throughout the six months. The routine was super fun, but also challenging, which is what I wanted. I was able to work on my technique and performance skills. Wide repertoire of classes taught with a focus on salsa and bachata but there is also Brazilian zouk, tango, ballet for adults as well as classes for kids and my daughter's favorite..k-pop! Competent and friendly instructors who break it down for newbies and experienced dancers to easily follow. Tania Wang provides a professional and comfortable environment for students to learn dance while she does not compromise quality and progress. This balance is a big challenge in any training environment and I personally enjoyed seeing how this has been successfully applied in Dance ConneXion, when I started my trainings at DC I would never imagine I could perform on the stage of one the biggest dance congresses in front of hundreds of dance lovers just in a 9 months period (I started with some dance background however it was too far from where I wanted to be). I am really happy with my journey in dance connection and I reached my personal goals within the duration of time that I allocated to my dance plan, they helped me to perpetually possess this healthy and enjoyable hobby. I recommend to everyone to explore and increase the fun factor of their lives (significant impact on both physical and mental wellness).

Dance Connexion is an inclusive place for beginner to advanced dancers. I've tried other schools and what I really appreciate about DC is their instructors provide feedback tailored to your goals. The classes are small to ensure you will always have the instructor's attention. The school really promotes inclusivity for all levels and backgrounds and the Latin dance community. Their uniqueness is how they work with every student on their individual growth and encourage their dance journey through progressive classes. Rather than throwing choreography at you (like most schools), DC focuses on refining form and dance foundations that are applicable in many genre. I've made lots of friends at DC and highly recommend those who want to get into dance (it's never too late).

I joined Dance Conexion almost two years ago and the experience was great since the beginning. I took regular group classes (bachata and salsa) and also joined one of the performance teams. I did not have dance performance experience and had to work hard to improve my dancing skills with the support from Tania, our instructor, and team members. At the end it was worth it and very rewarding. I got in shape in no time, felt lighter, my memory got better, and in general had so much fun in my new hobby. I also made new friends!!! As for Tania, she is the BEST! She always encouraged me and made me believe that I could do it. And I did! I performed on a few Bachata and Salsa congress and other venues . When you join Dance Connexion you're not joining a class, a performance group, or just a healthy activity...you're joining a family. Tania is one of the most amazing people you will ever meet - who dedicates her life, love sweat and tears into the school. I first started learning with Melissa (Tania's student) thinking I was just going to learn the basics. A few months later I was dancing every weekend, meeting new people, and finding a whole new part of my life I had been missing. There are wayyy to many good memories at this school and I am so thankful for all the amazing people I met on the way!! I am moving this year and one of my biggest worries is how i can ever find such an amazing school again. So basically, hands down would recommend this school to everyone , i am confident they will also have the same amazing experience as I did. (oh and I can't forget about the amazing congresses we go around the world together for!! everyone is invited!!)

Tania always makes classes fun and has amazing teaching skills. She is very patient with her students and pays great attention to all details. This is a pretty great place to LEARN all kind of dancing. I’ve been in many dance schools but instructors never care to fix my steps, until I signed up for salsa and bachata in Dance ConneXion. Tania is friendly, encouraging, helpful and of course a great dancer. She pays attention to each and every student’s steps and moves. Classes aren't too big and by on time rotation she professionally manages to dance with every one couple of times and fixes all the students’ wrong moves, which you rarely see this happening in other dance schools. I can’t believe I have been dancing salsa for almost 1 year and still I was doing wrong left turn step and more surprisingly none of the previous instructors caught this! Until today Tania mentioned my wrong step and fixed it. LEARNING is important; she tries to help you maintain any move or combination weather by taking a film, dancing with you or when you ask later on in the class. All other instructors here are also nice and caring Tania, Alisa, Stefan Thanks for all the advice. :) It's a super fun activity! Can't wait to learn more! :)

Many times I've had questions after class which were always answered. It's also a bonus that its super easy to get to and free parking! I live in the east end but am willing to come all the way here because of the progress I'm achieving.
