I've heard so many good things about Simply Swagg and how amazing the kids are that learn under Paul's (owner) direction, so I for sure had to enrol my daughter here. Since joining she's not only learned some awesome dance moves but she's gained a whole new level of confidence. She even inspired her brother to join as well! Now they both are excited for their hip hop class every single week! The kids look up to Paul and the other instructors. They truly feel like they belong and are comfortable expressing themselves. I also have to make mention of the ease of communication with the Studio. Paul is easy to reach and communication is always open and transparent. Paul is a great teacher and mentor to all his students; he cares about each and every one of them. Our eldest daughter has been part of the studio since she was 4 years old. She's now 7, and her growth from what her teachers, who are now her friends and mentors taught her is invaluable. I chose Simply Swagg with the hopes that my daughter would be taught the proper techniques of hip hop. I felt that was more important than just being on a stage in a sparkly costume wearing lipstick at the age of 2 and doing the same dance step over and over. I have seen my sassy girl blossom. She has learned so much in the few years she has been with Simply Swagg and her love for hip hop has grown. Watching her dance to songs I grew up listening to makes my heart full. The atmosphere is warm, and very family like. She has developed a bond not only with her teachers, but also the owner and their photographer/videographer. That's not something you see just anywhere. Having met Paul during the early stages of his business, I've witnessed first hand development and implementation of the studio's valued virtues: discipline, creativity, authenticity, and of course community. Roots Learning Program

I have been blessed to be a part of the Simply Swagg family for the past five and a half years. First as a bystander, wondering what this “urban dance studio” was about, then as an active member of classes, events, and programming. Paul and all of the Simply Swagg instructors offer specialized training in a variety of styles that are unavailable at most studios in the GTA, but more than that they offer a warm, safe space where students develop confidence and an improved concept of self-worth through classes, sessions, workshops and performances. The smiles, laughs, love, and support provided by the staff, and all who engage in classes and events, creates a true community/family atmosphere. I have personally witnessed students grow from shy, unsure individuals or young children who need mom/dad to attend class with them, to self-confident, vivacious learners and performers. From my own experiences in KRUMP, House, Yoga, and other classes, as well as my work with Paul, Amadeus, and Jamari at integrating their dance programs extracurricularly and into classrooms at my schools, I have experienced how Simply Swagg instructors not only teach dance, but ensure that every student, regardless of age, is successful in achieving their creative, fitness, and personal goals. This dance studio is a true gem and a breath of fresh air if you're looking for a dance school that teaches authentic hip hop and breakdancing, amongst other genres they teach. My daughter's been dancing here since the studio has opened; she still loves this dance studio as much to this day. My son at an early age showed interest in urban dance. I had seen Hip Hop performances from dance schools that just didn't have the right feel. One day I came across Simply Swagg and the rest was history. My son loved it from day 1. I was impressed with how friendly and positive the atmosphere of the studio was.
