I attend Lisan's adult ballet lessons, and I couldn't say enough positive things about her and the class. She is very helpful and encouraging (coming from a student with no prior ballet background) She is always very professional and attentive to everyone's individual needs. I am so happy and thankful to have found this class at the Dingman-Nagy school of ballet! I 100% recommend her classes to anyone looking for their children or for themselves as an adult.

As a former student of the National Ballet School, I have had the privilege and honor of being taught by some of the best teachers and principle dancers from around the world. I hope my daughter will continue in my footsteps and go on to the National and perhaps even make it as a career one day; and I truly believe that Ms. Lisann will be the one to help her get there. Ms. Lisann's professionalism, knowledge and love of dance is more than evident. She takes the time with each student that is required and really helps them to be the best they can be. She is very kind and caring, but also gives them the proper corrections when needed. She not only teaches her students proper technique, but discipline, respect for dance and encourages the love for dance to grow. I'm glad we have found Ms. Lisann and I know that this is the best studio for our daughter.

My daughter is in her 8th year of dance with Miss Lisan. The transformations I have seen in my daughter over those years -not just in her dance abilities but also in her growth as a person and in her level of confidence- have been amazing! My daughter absolutely loves dancing with Miss Lisan. And I love watching her at each and every performance. Ballet is, in my opinion, the most beautiful style of dance. Miss Lisan's decades of experience and her high level of talent and sophistication definitely show through in each of her choreographed pieces. We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful dance instructor in the Niagara region.

My daughter Chloe has been taking ballet lessons from Lisan for eight years and loves ballet and Lisan so much that she aspires to be her. What I appreciate most about Lisan is her level of professionalism. She requires it in all that she does and all that her studio represents and teaches that to her students. The CECCHETTI ballet method requires a lot of dedication between teacher and pupil and watching my daughter grow in her technique and her confidence as a young woman has been a most rewarding experience at the studio. My daughter Celeste studied ballet with Lisan Dingman-Nagy for almost 17 years and just returned to study again with Lisan - one of Ontario's finest ballet teachers of the Cecchetti method, after being away at Sheridan College for 2 years. Lisan's outstanding teaching skills build excellent ballet technique, confidence, artistry and discipline that students can use throughout all aspects of their adult life. Due to Lisan's great teaching Celeste danced professionally with Ballet Jorgen for 3 years as Klara in 'The Nutcracker', and her ballet technique has enhanced her musical theatre skills in acting and dance. Competitions and recitals were nothing but great memories for all of us and have created many lasting friendships for the girls and their families. Lisan is highly recommended as a FANTASTIC ballet teacher!

My daughter danced with Lisan for 10 years, and only isn't still dancing with her due to knee issues. My daughter is now 23 years old and still misses dancing with Miss Lisan. I have just this past year signed my granddaugher up to dance at the studio. She started when she was 2 1/2 years old and absolutely loves Miss Lisan, she is a wonderful woman and my granddaughter looks forward to every Wednesday and talks about it all day at daycare. I look forward to being part of the years to come watching my granddaughter grow into the beautiful dancer that my daughter became due to the teaching of Lisan. My daughter gained so much from dancing with Lisan, not only the grace and beauty but the memories and love she felt.
