Front counter staff was very rude. Fortunately there is a high turnover rate, so I'll just wait until it's new people.

I have tryed to cancel my membership multiple times for a few months. I did out the cancelation papers but an employee never did the whole process with me. Which they called to let me know but I have not been able to get ahold on them sense and i went there a few times as well. It has been a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone to end my membership.
