hi there ...just wanted to write and express..my opinion about the lack of media coverage...regarding the peaceful rally in front of city hall this past Saturday...though it was great to see support from fellow union leaders #615...coming from different parts of the province. wonder why the lack of recognition...from the media...was so unimportant ...Have been a transit rider for many years...and I fail to see that these hard working guys and gals that start their shift each day are only looking for the respect they work so hard for. They have lives out side of work. Like everyone else...and if more proper coverage... more riders would have be alerted and came out to give them that support and respect.
