The location is convenient and there is all the necessary equipment to get in a effective workout. The trainers available are able to tailor workouts and workout programs to address any and all needs while maintaining great enthusiasm and professionalism. Highly recommend for either beginners or experts/athletes.

Great place to train privately or as a small group. Lots of space for good circuit training. Clean and well kept. I have been renting the space to train since the gyms closed down and thanks to Studio U, I haven't missed a work out!
