My 3 ½ year old daughter has been dancing with her for almost a year and she is absolutely passionate about classical dance! I would not have thought that she likes it that much. I think this is largely due to the fact that the teacher is gentle and makes classes enjoyable while teaching his students to develop some basic notions of ballet through appropriate activities for young people. 3 to 6 years old. She adapts her lessons and her approach according to their age. As for school in general, from the age of 7-8, children learn discipline and rigor and this is normal because it is one of the fundamental characteristics of ballet. Personally, this approach suits me perfectly but can not please everyone. I understand. As for the owners and staff of the school, I did not notice any disrespect. On the contrary, they are open to discussion if asked to talk to them. But as in any business, I think there is a vision and if we do not share it, better go elsewhere. In summary, I am very happy that my little girl is attending this place and I highly recommend it for any child who wants to learn ballet with all the demands and hard work that it represents and for any parent who shares this approach. Je voulais laisser un commentaire car bien que chacun ait droit à ses positions, je ne partage pas du tout l'avis de la personne qui a dit que la prof des jeunes enfants n'est pas préparée pour travailler avec eux. Au contraire, elle est attentionnée et offre un bel équilibre entre le plaisir et l'apprentissage de la danse. Ma fille de 3 ans et demi danse avec elle depuis presque un an et elle est absolument passionnée par la danse classique! Je n'aurais d'ailleurs pas cru qu'elle aime autant ça. Je pense que c'est grandement attribuable au fait que la prof soit douce et rende les cours agréables tout en apprenant à ses élèves à développer au fur et à mesure certaines notions de base du ballet par le biais d'activités appropriées à des jeunes de 3 à 6 ans. Elle adapte justement ses cours et son approche en fonction de leurs âges. En ce qui concerne l'école en général, dès l'âge de 7-8 ans, les enfants apprennent la discipline et la rigueur et c'est bien normal car c'est l'une des caractéristiques fondamentales du ballet. Personnellement, cette approche me convient tout à fait mais ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde. Je le comprends. Quant aux propriétaires et personnel de l'école, je n'ai noté aucun irrespect. Au contraire, ils sont ouverts à la discussion si on demande à leur parler. Mais comme dans toute entreprise, je pense qu'il y a une vision et si on ne la partage pas, mieux vaut il aller voir ailleurs. En résumé, je suis très contente que ma petite fille fréquente cet endroit et je le recommande fortement pour tout enfant qui veut apprendre la danse classique avec toutes les exigences et le dur travail que cela représente et pour tout parent qui partage cette approche.
