Awful experience. Was told to come in for a practice session for my 2.5 year old. Drove across town to find a note on the door saying it was closed due to weather and emails were sent. I received nothing. Decided to give it another chance and things only got worse. Staff was rude to my daughter and pulled her arm multiple times during the session. With only 5 minutes left of the practice session, the instructor brought my daughter out and said loudly, in front of all the other parents: "she's not listening, and its distracting the other children." I apologized and she carried on to say that its not fair to the other children. Surely they could have handled her for another 5 minutes and discussed with me after the session. Its fine if it wasnt a good fit for their studio, but it was completely disrespectful to come out and embarrass me and my child in a room full of people. FYI, 2.5 years olds are not always the greatest listeners, especially in a new environment with the instructor being rude. Steer clear of this awful dance studio.
