My daughter has been dancing at Young at Arts for 9 years. We started with the Recreational program because it was an affordable way to see if dance was the right fit. I love that there are options for all levels of dance and time commitment and they are offered at reasonable prices. The studio goes above and beyond with their dedication to students. We are so happy to be a part of the Young at Arts family.
My daughter has been dancing here for five years and she loves it. Inspirational instructors who are great with the dancers.
Great instruction, supportive learning environment and family focussed. Miss Meghann and instructors create a positive, healthy environment for young dancers. This school provides many opportunities for successful dance experiences, supportive and respectful relationships, and happy dancers. Highly recommend.
My daughter has bren dancing with The Young at Arts for several years. They have so many different programs and opportunities available that meet any need or budget. The teachers and Primas are always so helpful and we love the fact that there is a recital to show offer what our daughter has learned.
This place is like a second home! They make everyone feel welcome!
Wonderful dance studio! Our child has danced there for 10 years and she loves it. Great staff and inspirational teachers. I have recommended this studio to many families.
It is a fantastic community. I have danced there since I was 4 years old. I have learnt so many things. Including life lessons. We get so many great opportunities, like dancing in Disneyland and doing away competitions. It is like a 2nd family!
I don’t dance anymore, but I went here for 6 years. My sister still goes here and it’s the best thing that ever happened to her. The atmosphere is very positive and welcoming, and they really focus on teamwork and building friendships. The instructors really care about their students and put a lot of effort into their work. It’s really organized, and they offer a wide range of classes for dancers with all levels of experience. Also their year end recitals are amazing, I love watching them so much!
All of the staff and instructors at YAA are absolutely wonderful. They are all veryhvery and very kind. We are very glad that we choose this studio for our daughter.
Daughter did dance here and was great.
My daughter switched over to Young At Arts 3 years ago and it was the best decision we could have made! Not only has she learned so much about dance this studio has taught her patience, persistence and positivity. The organization and consistency of YAA is truly amazing. We are so happy to be part of the Young At Arts family!
I have been dancing at the Young At Arts for 11 years and I love it so much! I have learned so much about dance and life and I have made so many friends. My dancing has improved so much because of the Young At Arts. Everyone there is so kind and caring! We are all like one big family. ????
After leaving the studio four messages no one has called back. We have been going to this studio for almost 2 years and now have moved and the location is too far. All we wanted to do was discuss our options but no one seems to have time to call but no issue in charging me every month.
My daughter has been dancing at Young At Arts for eight years. She has made some fantastic friendships (as have I, never thinking I would ever be a "dance mom") and the atmosphere in this studio truly does put the dancers mental wellness first and foremost. They care. The instructors are lovely and I feel as though this studio continues year after year to promote respect for fellow dancers, proper conditioning, fun choreography, self respect and age appropriate costumes. Young At Arts teaches our children to dance for the love of dance.
Such a positive atmesphere and amazing teachers. I always feel comfortable there and have so much fine dancing.
I wasn't fond of the location mostly because the neighborhood is sketchy and parking is really hard to get. Some teachers could sometimes be pretty cranky. What irritated me the most was their payment policy. You can pay for the programs either all up front or monthly. If you pay monthly you have to hand over your bank account information. And when you sign up for automatic debiting of your bank account at this particular place, their agreement states that they can debit your account at any time for any reason (dance related of course). I found this out the hard way. They debited my bank account for $10 for a pair of dollar store tights which I never agreed to buy. I could have supplied my own had they simply told me first. Wow. In any case, we won't be back.
My children have been dancing at Young At Arts for 9 years and this has become their second home. The faculty are all very professional, dedicated to their students and caring. I can’t imagine a better place to dance ❤️
My Daughter loves dancing and YAA is such a good school ! Very caring teachers !
I absolutely love this studio and would highly recommend it to anybody. The atmosphere is always very positive and all the staff have a way of making you feel good about yourself and thinking about how much you love dance during and after every class. I have been dancing here for 12 years and it has helped me so much in many areas of my life, definitely an amazing choice!
I am so happy to have discovered the Young at Arts! It has been such a great experience for my daughter. This is the studio to go to see your child grow, not only as a dancer, but as a wonderful human being as well. The staff is caring, supportive, fun and professional. It’s been like a second home. My daughter has danced here from preschool to grade 12! I truly believe the role of dance has had such a positive impact on her academics as well. Strong body, strong mind. A lifetime of memories made as well.
My daughter has danced with Young at Arts for many years. There are so many wonderful things about this studio. Besides having a great faculty and supportive teachers, the overall culture of this studio stands out. Teaching not only dance, but instilling quality virtues, promoting self esteem and a healthy lifestyle as well. Miss Meghan is a gem and truly loves these kids.
Wonderful, caring teachers and role models. This is a great place for our daughter to dance. Young at Arts cares about developing healthy, responsible, and empathic youth first and foremost. This is a wonderful experience for our daughter.
We have been attending YAA for 5 years. Both my daughters have absolutely loved every moment and are excited to keep part of the YAA “family”as they grow in their dance. With the instruction and quality of dance combined as well as friendly caring instructors, Miss Meghann and faculty always do a stellar job to provide you the best “life of dance” for your dancer and family. No one is a failure, everyone receives the upmost support and encouragement in this most positive environment. Our family would highly recommend Young At Arts - we love YAA!

This studio creates such a encouraging, positive, fun atmosphere for student of all ages. I took my first class at young at arts 10 years ago and I still dance there now. All of the teachers care so much about what they do and their students. I’ve learned so many things that have helped me not only in dance but in life as well. They make all of the students feel special, for example, everytime a student has a birthday we do a birthday dance, lots of smiles and laughter are involved. I’ve made lots of memory’s here and I’m looking forward to marking many more.
I love my young at arts family they go the extra mile to give us opportunities and push us to become better dancers. The studio is always a positive atmosphere and is a great influence on all there dancers, they are a wonderful studio.
This place has been a second home for my daughter for the past 6 years. The studio is so much more than dance and that is one of the reason I chose Young At Arts when looking at dance studios in Langley. The teachers are extremely professional, the student to teacher ratio is ideal as children learn to dance and the organization and communication leaves a busy working parent never wondering about those small details. Having your child dance at this studio will likely be one of the best investments in his/her future
We have been a part of the Young at Arts family for over 12 years, and it is just that, a family. The teachers are professional, caring and great role models for all dancers. Their communication to the dancers and parents is always clear, positive and done in an organized manor. If anyone is looking for a dance studio, this is the one! Plus the costumes are always amazing!!
Lots of favoritism and rude people.
Great place. My daughter loves it there
Amazing, everybody is very nice and I love dancing here. It has really helped me to realize my potential and push myself outside of my comfort zone.
My daughter has been dancing at Young At Arts for 4 years now. Her confidence and love of dance has grown with every year and has been nurtured by the wonderful teachers & primas!
