We love Elite!! Our daughter loves the teachers, the various dance styles offered, and of course, Dance Camp! Highly recommended.

My daughter has danced competitively with Elite for over 4 years and it is amazing how much she has grown through dance! She found her passion and blossomed as a dancer through the amazing leadership of the team at Elite and or course through the director Shannon Figsby! Elite always does exceptionally well at competitions all while instilling discipline and a strong work ethic to all its dancers.

The best dance studio! My daughter switched here from another studio 6 years ago. We had heard such great things about Shannon the director and her staff. After her 1st year at Elite taking one Hip-Hop class she loved it so much and was asking for more. She is now 12 years old and part of the competitive program and the leadership program. My daughter has ADHD and dance has helped her to deal with her frustrations, manage and focus her energy. I’m beyond happy we made the switch!

My daughter and I have been dancing at Elite Dance Academy for 5 years now and love the dance school. There are many places out there, but few promote the values of family and community like Elite does. The parents of the dancers are very warm and welcoming, ready to help you feel at home and answer questions whenever they can. The dancers are extraordinary. They are passionate about dance which you can see in their commitment, pride and performance. The dancers are taught that we are all a family, which you can see them display in their day to day actions. Whether it is a senior dancer encouraging a junior dancer or a junior dancer easing the fears of a young dancer as they enter their class, everyone is made to feel welcome. Elite would be nothing without the amazing and talented team of teachers. They are a wonderful group of people that push each dancer to be the best they can possibly be, while coaching, caring and inspiring them the whole time. Elite prides themselves on continuing to develop amazing teaching staff, which can be seen with many of the staff that have come up through the years of Elite and now are ready to teach and coach the next generations. Elite has a wonderful teacher training program and leadership program that teaches more experienced dancers that have a passion to pursue teaching / coaching. The dancers in this program are wonderful ambassadors of the Elite spirit. Lastly, Elite Dance Academy would not be what it is without the determination, inspiration, encouragement and hard work of the owner, Shannon Figsby. Shannon truly cherishes all the dancers at the studio, treating them like her very own children. A lot of her work is done behind the scenes, but she is always available to answer questions for a concerned parent or to pop on in and watch and encourage the dancers in whatever class is running. Elite Dance Academy is an amazing place, one I look forward to spending years and years at with my daughter (and myself).
