Our 2 year old has been dancing at Bojangles since July 2021. Our experience has been wonderful so far. Miss Nikki and her Dancers are always so kind and enthusiastic. They have been so accommodating to our daughters interests in trying various programs until she found her love for ballet. We are looking forward to growing her dance experience with Miss Nikki and her Dancers at Bojangles.

If you like disorganization, bad costumer service, doing everything last minute, spending ridiculous amounts of money, overworked teachers that can’t give the attention required to your child, a director that is never there, leaving work in the middle of the day to take your child out of school for a practice, being expected to drop your money and plans with very short notice, being treated with no respect by the teachers and director…if you like paying for Champagne and getting a beer with very bad service…then this studio is for you.

Wow!!! First off this is my son’s first year at dance and at Bojangles dance studio, He takes ballet, jazz,tap and hip-hop. As we would love one day to see him be in competitive dancing, ❤️ Words cannot express how amazing this studio is and the teachers are the best. These teachers go above and Beyond time and time again for all of the kids, they are so caring, loving and always put the best interest of each student first. My son loves his teachers loves his friends he’s made at dance and is really enjoying it. His teachers really do such an amazing job and make these kids feel so confident in themselves it’s just so amazing to watch. I look forward to many years to come with this dance studio and my son dancing, cannot wait to see what else is in store for this studio and my son. Just want to say a big thank you to Bojangles for all their hard work and dedication. ❤️????????

I brought my son to Bojangles just for some fun exercise. What we got was not what we expected. It was badly organized. Their teacher went on mat leave a few weeks before the recital and they had different older students teaching the children. Several times we got letters asking us to come and pick something or bring something "today". "Today" usually did not work for us very well because we already had other plans. We ended up spending a lot more money than we expected on top of actual classes and tap shoes: costumes for the recital, a dvd of the recital (it ended up to be a blue ray that we can't even watch), the tickets to the recital including a ticket for the child who was performing. We were thinking of not doing the recital at all, but it didn't have a lot of sense as they started spending every class after Christmas just rehearsing for the recital. Bojangles is definitely only for families who want their children to be professional dancers, doing rehearsals and recitals all the time.

Since my daughter is 2yo she has been a Bojangles student. Everything is amazing about the academy. Stating for the amazing teachers that are very knowledgeable and help the kids in a way that creates confidence but also discipline. The recitals are something to look forward to every year with the beautiful dresses ???????? Can wait for my little girl to keep growing up and showing us more about her talent developed and encouraged by this amazing Academy.

I just had a class there with my almost 3 year old for the first time. The staff is so welcoming and amazing with kids. It's a perfect way to open up your little ones to other kiddos and the staff are all so sweet to the kids which is all any mom could really want.

Bojanlges is much more than my daughters dance studio, it is the only other place she would call home. The incredible staff have done so much more then teach her how to dance, the teachers have encouraged and inspired her that with passion, hard work and dedication she can do anything that she puts her mind to. We as parents have made some of our best friends at BDA and are truly blessed to be part of such an amazing dance family.

This is award-winning dance studio. Has been consistently an award winning studio for many years. Great for young children and teens. I'm not sure about adult classes.

Came back to Bojangles after trying out a few different studios and so glad to be back. Nikki, Melanie, Amy and Margo are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. They have adapted well to the pandemic and continue to provide great instruction.

My daughter started dancing with this studio when she was 3.5 and now she is turning 6. The teachers Ms. Melanie and Ms Nikki have been phenomenal with her in gaining confidence and building the foundation for a love for dance and music. Through the tough times of Covid they continued to take classes over video and it was one of the only constants in her life that she looked forward to all week. Bojangles never abandoned their students and encouraged them and kept their morale up. I couldn't say enough good things about this establishment and their professionalism and dedication.

Bojangles Dance Arts is an amazing studio flawless through the many obstacles covid has presented. Throughout the difficult time of Covid they have seamlessly provided amazing classes online through zoom. The way they have adapted to be able to accommodate online dance classes which have allowed my daughter to still follow what she loves which is dance, is priceless. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone is included through following protocols in a very effective manner. They even had an amazing year end recital online in June! Our 8 year old son has been with Bojangles for 3 years now. We are new to the dance world and yes, it's a time commitment and not the cheapest activity that your child can do BUT the experience for both parents and child are priceless! Dance is about more than just being on stage, it teaches our children discipline, time management (having to do homework at the studio between classes), it boosts their confidence and self esteem and creates lasting relationships. Watching the students interact with each other makes my heart melt. They are so happy and positive and close like brothers and sisters! We couldn't be happier with the quality of teaching staff at Bojangles , they are so positive and encouraging and are really helping to shape these little people. A BIG thank you to Miss. Bojangles is an incredible dance studio! My 4 year old daughter takes a rec tap/jazz class here. She is delayed and Ms Nikki has been amazing with her. I was unsure of putting her into a class but am so happy I did, she has grown so much. To address the negative reviews..... everything is laid out for you when you sign up, there are no surprises unless you dont pay attention at all. When signing up we were told all about the year end recital, when it was, and what to expect cost wise. I find the studio well organized and have never had any problems what so ever.

My Daughter has been dancing at Bojangles for 8 years, and the studio is her 2nd home and her place of peace. Our family was more than impressed with how Margo took the lead during the Pandemic and kept the training going virtually and made sure the dancers felt their value and had fun regardless of being in the studio or at home. Nikki, Melanie, Amy and Alyssa, in combination with guest instructors made sure there was no gap in their learning and that they came out stronger for it. They work hard, and play hard and love being part of such an amazing group of dancers. She is always allowed to dance out her feelings has an outlet for the hard days, at Bojangles. We are all family at BDA. What else would you want in a studio? I would recommend Bojangles Dance Arts to any new dancer or any experienced dancer that is looking for a place to call home.

Our son Wyatt joined Bojangles when he was only three years old. He is now eight and his love of dance permeates all areas of his life in a healthy and positive way. The lessons that dance teach him are invaluable. He's learned to express himself with high emotional intelligence, he demonstrates confidence and resiliency and best of all - he burns off so much of that bottled boy energy in a happy and constructive way. The teachers draw out the best in their dancers and yet they make sure their dancers all support one another and act as true teammates. Our Bojangles family extends beyond the teachers (of whom we adore) to the parents and siblings of the other dancers on Wyatt's team. We are incredible friends and I can't tell you how much I look forward to dance season when I get to consistently see them again. I am a huge fan of Bojangles Dance Arts. They are helping my son to be a great dancer, but an even greater person. I would highly recommend it as the studio of choice for your child.

Bojangles Dance Arts is an AMAZING studio! Miss Margo has assembled the best of the best lead by Miss Nikki! The entire teaching staff take pride in their work to offer an UNPARALLELED learning experience for all the dancers! The front end staff work very hard ensuring that all dancers, as well as parents, are always informed and updated in regards to all classes & events throughout the year! They too keep the beat and not miss a step! The year end recital is ASTOUNDING! Not only are the dance routines AMAZING, but the costumes are PHENOMENAL! The designs and colours are so BEAUTIFUL! The BEST Dance Studio the Tri-Cities has to offer!

Bojangles is amazing! This is our third year here and we've felt like family from day one. They put in every effort at the end of last years season during covid to bring virtual dance to all the kids. They've kept up with guidelines in the start of this season as well! Offering in class or virtual sessions! Updated their website so that everything is accessible online. My daughter loves bojangles and has learned so much through this studio. They're able to handle her every quirk and thats saying a lot, she's veryyyy active.

The studio is a place my daughters learn about commitment, confidence, creativity and self expression. This year we switched from another studio to Bojangles and during the first class I knew we had made a great choice! My daughter learned more complicated steps on the first day than she had the year before. She was also fully engaged (smiling ear to ear) and had a blast. The teachers are incredible; I'm excited to watch her development this year!

Bojangles has been a great place for our family! Miss Nikki and Miss Melanie continue to go above and beyond to provide an engaging and fun experience whether classes are virtual or in person. We have felt supported and never pressured to do more than what works for our family during the past three years at the studio.

This place is a rip off. We were only signed up for a recreational class. Disappointing teacher was never consistently there - different person substituted for them. Year end recital - $75 deposit for costume, comes in and the pants are hideous neon green and black (MC Hammer pants) told the shirt not in yet, finally get it (day before rehearsal - likely so we don't have time to complain) and its some cheaply made Gildon shirt with an iron on print. Told we owed another $15 for costume. So total of $90. Found the pants on line for $35 and the shirt only cost $15 to make, so why so much money?? Not to mention the shoes that cost $26 that were also ugly and my child will never wear again. Don't forget that each ticket costs $30 to watch your child in the recital and you have to have a ticket for them or they can't watch. So to watch one 5 minute dance routine my child participates in cost my family $120. I believe the theatre costs $1000 to rent for the day so do the math where is all this money going....in the dance studios pocket. Ticket sales were disorganized they made parents stand in line for hours on a work day to get tickets, when you could just call on the phone to get them. The sad part is that they don't realize that people aren't stupid and know how to search prices of things on the internet....its public knowledge. I will never take my child back to this studio. STAY AWAY....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We have had our oldest child at Bojangles since he was 7 years old, he is now 13.. The love and time the teachers place into him is incredible.. so much so that when our youngest son was ready to dance we placed him at Bojangles as well . Both boys learn jazz, tap, ballet , contemporary and hip hop. The studio and teachers have become our home and second family.

My daughter has been dancing at Bojangles since she was 2 1/2 (now 7). I can't begin to describe the impact that the teachers and owner has had on her. She started off doing Jazz/Tap in the recreation program. The following year ballet was added and my life grew from being a hockey mom and also being a dance mom. She has grown into a beautiful, strong, independant and confident young girl. She has been a part of the competitive program now for 4 years and her remarkable change floors me. When she gets frustrated because she can't get something, her teacher will immediately console her and walk her through it. The teachers are exceptional in everything they do and work so very hard in teaching her and her extended family. Yes...family!! You cannot be part of this studio and not feel the warmth that comes from each adult or child. She has gained friends that have become her family and that will always be a part of her life and mine. I could not ask for a better studio for my daughter to grow up in.

Bojangles has become our home away from home! Our eldest daughter began dancing at the studio when she was only 2 1/2 years old (she is now 9)and we have never looked back. The love, warmth and passion conveyed by the outstanding staff is parallel to none! Our youngest daughter, now 7, began dancing at 2 years old and it was a struggle to hold her back for that long. She was very eager to join the fun she had watched her older sister enjoy. All students that attend Bojangles Dance Arts are privileged to have the same exemplary high caliber instruction whether enrolled in the recreational or competitive programs. Not only have my girls learned to be an effective member of a team, but also how to be confident, committed, and disciplined! The faculty has played a significant and important role in shaping my girls into the confident, caring, and organized team players they have become. Furthermore, the relationships that my children have developed are ones that have stood the test of time. We as a family have been extremely fortunate to gain a bond with not only the teachers but also the other families and children who belong to the teams. I would highly recommend Bojangles Dance Arts to anyone who wants their child enrolled in an activity that provides not only a sense of physical accomplishment and fun, but also extends beyond this and encourages self-confidence, discipline, and hard work.

Our 3.5 year old daughter just started at Bojangles at the beginning of September. This studio has quickly become our second home and we look forward to the classes every week! Ms. Nikki is absolutely incredible with the little ones. She is patient, kind, and one of the most engaging and fun teachers I have ever seen! She ensures that every student feels comfortable and is having fun every step of the way! Ms. Mel is also incredible and runs the most adorable, fun and skillful ballet class! 5 stars all around!!!

Our experience with Bojangles Dance Arts has been incredibly rewarding. Our children have been dancing at Bojangles for over 6 years and we have been incredibly impressed with the dance education our children are receiving. The teachers care deeply about the growth and progress of our children’s dance technique and abilities. There is an incredible dedication to fostering a supportive learning environment while consistently encouraging our children to push themselves to be the best dancers they can be. The competitive program and dance training provided is excellent and the music selection, costuming, and choreography is age appropriate. I especially appreciate the focus on technique and proper dance vocabulary while fostering a fun, friendly, joyful atmosphere. Through the pandemic, the dance educators at Bojangles have made incredible efforts to engage all of the students through alternatives such as Zoom and have worked hard to create year-end celebrations and opportunities to perform that are safe and follow all public health guidelines. We truly appreciate the incredible efforts of all the teachers to provide a top-notch dance education during a very challenging period of time. We are confident the skills our son and daughter are developing through dancing at Bojangles will be invaluable throughout their lives.

My boys both really enjoyed their hip hop experience at bojangles. They thought Miss Nikki was the best teacher ever and could not wait for their next class to see what exciting things she had planned for them. My youngest really was not every confident and shy at the beginning and by the end of the year he had confidence and could not wait to get on the stage and perform in the year end show. The show was a wonderful to watch, very professionally done. It was well worth the money I spent. Both my boys are signed up to dance again and the oldest boy wants to try another style of dance too, maybe tap. I would and have recommended bojangles to you and others.

I am so happy my daughter loves Bojangles as she is so passionate about dance. We were at another dance company and we didn't get the awesome support and attention from the other dance company. The teachers were not so committed to us and there was no communication about anything. Here at Bojangles the teachers are so supportive and professional with the students they are so involved and we never felt more welcome. We absolutely love Bojangles and my daughter is so happy there.
