My daughter started her dancing as a trial for recreational classes, but the instructors encouraged her to push her limits and enter the competitive program. She has gained so much confidence and support through her 2 years with Sandra Amodeo dance. We are excited to continue dancing here.

I love SADS! When I am not there I miss it so much. This dance studio has such a welcoming team of teachers and the new location is wonderful!

I love dancing at SADS! Being part of the family is amazing and the staff is so sweet! I’ve became the dancer that I am today because of SADS and I hope to always be able to improve with the help of my teachers! ❤️

If you are considering this dance school I would keep looking. Enrolled my daughter for 2 weeks of summer camp and will be the last for sure. My 5 yo came home and told me she watched TV 3x a day (morning snack, lunch and before pickup). When I spoke with the owner's daughter it stopped for 3 days and then same thing happened the following week. Teachers are 18 yo olds who are not dedicated and need supervision themselves in my opinion. One of them made my daughter felt guilty for accidentally getting slim on her own skirt and said in front of my kid to another teacher "We have to get it off before her mom gets here". Why did they assume that I would be upset over an accident? Because I complained about the TV time? It was wrong to put guilt on my daughter for something that was an accident and then gives her the impression that she needed to hide things from me. The final straw was when I dropped off my daughter's lunch mid morning and saw both teachers on their phones while all the kids were doing their own thing on the mats. I get that it was their "create your own routine time" but that doesn't mean that you don't help them and becomes free time for the teachers! I wanted to demand a refund but it's not worth my time and energy. I will think of it as 2 weeks of babysitting. I was actually looking for a dance school so at least now I know I will never enroll my kid full time there.

My daughter has danced at SADS for a many years now and just when I thought things couldn`t get any better, the world is hit with a pandemic and they shine yet again! Since the studio has reopened, I have felt more comfortable sending my daughter to dance then to school. The communication surrounding they`re practices and the professionalism they`ve shown during this trying time has been amazing. Thank you for keeping my daughter happy, safe and dancing!!

My 2 daughters have been dancing at this studio for a few years and I have been nothing but pleased with the level of dance instruction they are providing. We have participated in numerous summer drop ins, intensives, and they dance throughout the year and my girls have nothing but good things to say about they choreographers and teachers!! Thank you Sandra Amodeo Dance Studio for providing such a wonderful environment for my girls to dance in!!!

Enrolled my daughter in their summer session dance classes last year. The studio facility was extremely hot during every session other than when it rained sadly. Upon paying the fees, I had asked for a receipt and was told that I would get a login to access my receipt in order to print it out for taxes. My daughter's session then ended and I still did not receive a login. I had thought that perhaps I would receive a receipt by mail during the later part of the year or perhaps by the beginning of 2017 as some facilities do issue receipts at that time. I waited and still no receipt was received. I then proceeded to contact them to acquire a copy of my receipt. I had attempted 4 times to acquire my receipt in total. They called me back once and I provided them with my email address, as well they would've had it since I had emailed them regarding this matter. However they proceeded with sending my tax receipt to an incorrect email address sadly. I would receive responses from them once a day if lucky and finally I was notified that I could pick up my receipt that afternoon. However this was not possible and I emailed them to determine the time frame that I could pick up the receipt the following day. I received no reply back and decided to drop by the following day to pick up my receipt anyway, and to my surprise they were closed in the afternoon on that day. I then emailed again and requested for a copy of my receipt again. Finally they sent me a Word generated receipt. Apparently they had recently moved to a new facility, however I don't understand why it was so difficult for them to communicate with me via email on a regular basis. It really doesn't take much effort to reply to emails?? They also offered me a discount to enroll in a Summer dance session for my daughter, however in light of this experience and all of the hassle it took to just obtain a copy of my receipt from last year, it isn't worth the headache. Not only, I wasn't pleased with the temperature in their facility during our experience last year, no idea if the new facility is sauna-like as their old location.
