We have been a part of the NJADS dance family for nearly 5 years now. I came across them when I was new to Hamilton and looking for a dance class for my rambunctious 3 year old. Miss Amanda was super friendly and at first I decided to register because of the excellent prices and laid back dress code (for my wildly creative daughter). Fast forward 5 years and both my daughters are competitive dancers and NJADS and it has become a second family for us! My reasons for dancing at this studio have changed significantly...we now stay because of the fantastic staff and how they encourage every child to be their best self, for the families who have become some of my very best friends and for the smiles on my kids faces every time we enter the studio!

My daughter has been taking dance lessons here for two months now. Miss Sydney, her teacher is a joy to be around. My child is very active, and loves to run around in class. She understands that they are still little (2.5 years old) and encourages the students to interact with her and participate in the class. I also felt very welcomed by the Owner, Amanda. We were sent a nice welcome package, and they have an online system where you can register for classes, check your payments, etc. This is the first dance studio that I have ever been to, and between the quality of the classes/teacher, and the fact that it’s affordable (we are able to put our child in for a full school year worth of classes), we are looking forward to many years here. There is also ample parking behind the building. It was a bit hard to find at first, but once you know it’s there, you won’t forget it!

My daughter has danced with this studio since she was 3 years old, she cried every class for the first few months. Needless to say 4 years later she is thriving and loves this studio. The staff and teachers have been extremely professional and kind hearted, they encourage each child to be their best, all while having fun. I highly recommend this studio.

Solid 4. The staff are excellent, our daughter enjoys the dance classes. Feels more laid back, less serious. Only reason it loses 1 point is because they have grown so fast, so quickly, that they don't currently offer enough comfortable seating for the parents to wait for their kids. Don't get me wrong they have done an EXCELLENT job with their limited space and accommodating the parents as best as they can, but it's just not enough. It can be a bit hectic and claustrophobic in there which takes away from the experience a little bit. Still a wonderful dance studio, nice people, please check it out.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Not Just Another Dance Studio. My daughters have been going there for 3 years, since they were able to dance. The staff is lovely and super helpful. We have also had 2 birthday parties at the studio. Which were very affordable and all the kids had a blast.! I can't say enough good things about the studio as a whole.

*special needs not accepted at this studio!* Sorry but I brought my daughter to a dance class and was told they couldn’t accept her because she has autism. Thanks for excluding my daughter, your studio could have figured out how to include her but chose not to. I left the studio with the worst feeling ever. Work on that. (this was a while ago but I still think I should share our experience.)

My kids both love dancing at NJADS. All of the staff are amazing and do a great job helping the kids grow. We've been at the studio for just over 3 years. The kids are so comfortable there and always come out smiling.

Great studio to take your kids, my daughter has been dancing here since she was 3 years old, she is now 11, she would live there if she could. Everyone is supportive of everyone, it’s like a family atmosphere with the best dancer teachers, staff and students. If your looking for a fun studio where your kids can grow and be themselves check out this studio.

My daughter just turned 3 and started dancing in September 2018 when she was still 2. I had googled dance studios for something for her age and contacted NJADS and they were great at replying to my messages and answering all my questions to help find the right class for her. So I didn’t even bother contacting any other dance studio because I already felt welcomed. My daughter loves dance days and have signed her up for next season and yet again Amanda was great in helping me find the next class for her. Looking forward to many more years of dance. Great place to belong to and be part of.

My daughter Julia has been dancing at the studio since she was 3 years old in 2014, we wanted to find a studio that was affordable and offered classes that she could attend on her own. She started in pre-dance where she had so much fun with. Over the years the studio has grown and with that has attracted several teachers to not only offer classes for competitive dancing but also recreation. They work really hard at making us feel welcome and a part of the family no matter what. I am super happy that we came to this studio one summer day on our way home from Port Dover to register for dance class. Best decision ever. ❤️ Julia loves all her dance teachers miss Aysha miss Natalie miss Amanda Miss Sydney Miss Kathryn Miss Jussara and the admin staff who cheer her on too Miss Erin has always been super awesome. Miss Kelly is always helpful too! I really feel for the staff this year, the pandemic threw everyone for a loop. They did their absolute best to accommodate all the families, I appreciate all their hard work! Thank you for having an amazing place for Julia to come and learn. ❤️????????????

We are so excited to start dance again. My girls have been missing it. Not just another dance studio is incredible. The staff are always ready to help and everyone is so friendly. the instructors are amazing. This studio has welcomed our family and we couldn’t be happier. Fall sessions are starting soon ❤️

My daughter started dancing here when she was 18 months old in the dance with me class! She was very shy around strangers and people she didn’t know, and I was looking for something to help her with that! She is currently in her third year at this amazing studio and is in pre acro and pre ballet. She is like a totally different little girl. She’s outgoing, loves making new friends and loves her dance classes!! All of the staff at the studio are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Currently we have to do our dance classes online because of the pandemic which of course isn’t everyone’s first choice.. but the teachers make it very enjoyable and she still loves doing her virtual classes! Amanda The studio owner works very hard to make all of the dancers feel special. The best studio in the city by far and very affordable!

My kids have been with NJADS for a few years now and they love it. My girls look forward to dance class each week. The staff at the studio are so genuine and helpful. The staff always make the dancers feel welcome and comfortable. The instructors teach different styles of dance and techniques, all while allowing the kids to have fun and express themselves. I would 100% recommend NJADS to anyone looking to enroll they child in dance class.

Amazing place for dance

The most welcoming dance studio around. Easy to get to with plenty of opportunities to choose from. Not sure of a class, ask to trial one. My daughters started at the age of 2 and were welcomed by instructors who are genuine role models. This is a dance company that is like family and takes an interest in their members. My three year old broke her leg last year and they brought her into the class with her cast to participate where she could, bubbles, scarves, music, and when she was able to walk on her cast to try movements - never pushing her. She had her cast removed the week before showcase and preformed with such pride and the biggest smile. Her instructors, one being the owner - Miss Amanda, were incredibly accommodating and helped strengthen my little girl's spirit.

We love our dance studio! So happy to be back in classes, seeing friendly faces every week welcoming us. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, instructors are fantastic. My step daughter started here just taking an acro class and is now in multiple classes, including competition. She loves it and is so excited to go to class every week. We wouldn’t choose any other studio!
