The new owner is a highly trained dance professional, so her knowledge of product and shoe fitting is excellent and can be trusted. We purchased dance shoes for my 2 year old daughter today. We were waiting in line for quite a while for the people in front of us at the cash register when my daughter said she needed to go to the washroom. I asked the staff member helping us if my daughter could use the washroom and the staff member said no! I was shocked. I understand covid but this was unreasonable to me, given that she is 2 and given the reopening stage we are in. I will return my purchase and never go back.
