I didn’t pay attention a couple of times and put all my stuff on the pay thing and then it said card only! I had to put everything back in the basket! Ugh! Other than that I love shopping there!

As of this date you cannot bring your own bags in and they charge you to use one of theirs. At least 2 other Walmarts in the San Diego area I have been to recently allow you to bring I. Your own bags but you have to bag your own groceries. That seems fair. At least this Walmart doesn't have their tide pods and arthritis sprays locked up causing you to have to wait for an attendant to unlock them. Walmart is really becoming more and more low budget. No excuse considering how busy they are and taking in the bucks.

Purchased 3rd car Battery. Always an easy process and even get a little credit from the trade in when it was still under warranty. Tip if your exchanging a battery you must go to automotive counter and they close earlier than the main store hours.

Waste of time to go to Wally World when I could have gone to a local business. First I had to wait for like 20 minutes for a poor harried associate to open one of the cases so I could get what I needed, then I just wanted a hex key for my bike and it was in another case. So I left and went to orielly auto parts instead. And they don’t even have cashiers at Walmart anymore just those self check out kiosks that act like HAL 9000. Feel like walking a mile and waiting for ever? go to Walmart super center.

This afternoon we went and picked up our 8th online "no contact" grocery order. I looked at this order after I received message that it was ready for pickup and every item I had ordered was in stock, so there were no substitutions in this order. It is a hugh convenience for me to be able to go into the Walmart app, choose the date and time to pickup our groceries, and then start shopping and adding items to my shopping cart, then checkout and pay. The cool thing is, if I forgot to order something or my husband asks me to order a box of donuts, I can easily go back to shopping and add those items to my pending order. You can cancel the entire order, remove an item or items, or add something you forgot or decided you want, to your pending grocery order up until 1:45 a.m. the night/morning before your pickup date. After that time, you can no longer make any changes to your order, so that's something to keep in mind. Pickup directions are simple, easy to understand and the Walmart employees who bring out your groceries and put them in your car, are courteous, friendly, wear gloves and face masks. Its a good service and we will continue to use it.

I went shopping for a birthday present for my 2yr old great granddaughter. I found this to be my favorite Walmart Supercenter. It was very well organized and well stocked with the things that I was looking for. The store clerks were knowledgeable in the areas they worked in and very helpful. Very clean store! I enjoyed my time in this store and could have done other shopping if I had only had the time????

The line was out the door and down around the building in ???? degree heat Sunday afternoon. Parking wasn't bad, found one up front right away, albeit the last one. But what's the deal? Why the control? We're almost off the watch list. Why are things done one way and 5 days later it's different?? No returns since April and the bags! Omg! Just make up your minds! Bags furnished, bags not furnished to bags not available at all. We need some consistency and some transparency WalMart!

This Wal-Mart store is the worst managed I have ever seen. No customer service. Out of 11 registers only one was open. People with loaded shopping carts lined up around the clothing dept. After repeated asking to open another register. The customers were ignored. I will not go to that store anymore. People who spend over $100 want & deserve customer service not self-check out.

A large store with a full grocery side as well as a full merchandise, etc side. You can definitely get all your household needs and then some here. The selfservice area is a bit small for such a large store. There tends to be longer lines here as well. But the shelves are stocked and there are lots to choose from.

This Walmart is great! Honestly it's peaceful and the customer service is great. During this pandemic the employees do all they can to endure a clean and sanitized environment for everyone. You can NOT bring your own bags at all and they ran out of bags so be prepared. It is by far one of the best Walmart out here though. I love it.

Liz helped me out in the Auto Center here. She was a manager and got called in because I had an exchange. She came promptly and was super quick with the Return. She was nice enough to let me purchase my other items at the same time. The Auto Center was Clearly Closed and she didn’t have to do this for me. I think that was super nice of her and the other gentleman that were helping me were also very friendly and professional. I got a lot done this day at Walmart and actually made 3 trips this day. Happy to come back here and spend my money!

Albertsons refused to use a photo collage of serial killers from public records saying it could be subject to copyright therefore illegal for them to use. Went to this Walmart and the lady in charge said it was perfectly fine for them to use the photo provided and let us order a photo cake. If other grocery stores refuse a perfectly legal photo for a cake go to this Walmart!

Careful on the purchase of the bikes. I bought the $98 "Cruiser" and after my 4th ride only it now has a back tire flat. Note: Only riding on roads. No trail terrain, etc. I now will have to purchase a flat tire kit and get busy. Needless to say - be concerned with bike purchases from this location.

We're currently repainting the house and we've only done one side of it plus most of one bathroom. My family is trying to get some house work done, as much as possible, as long as we're in quarantine, so painting the house, finishing that bathroom, and doing the second bathroom are on that list. We're absolutely going to need more paint eventually to finish, so I went in just to look at the colors and match them with what we were already using, and also for separate colors to repaint my own room. Now, I don't really care too much for looking through paint and colors, honestly in the past the process always felt like it took too long. However, thankfully, the service here was very good and helped me look through the different shades of color for the exterior walls. The guy who helped me did his best to find the right shade that I was looking for when comparing what I had, because I am apparently "not good" at doing that according to my family. If I recall correctly, his name was Julian, we introduced each other after looking at paint, felt like a sitcom thing to do between guys now that I look at it. Anyhow, I did get told I did a good job finding the exact color, so that really goes to him, and now I won't mess up when we do run out and I have to go buy the correct shade. Thanks again man. If you need help with paint, go here, they'll help you.

I used to really like going to this Walmart. The staff were all nice and really helpful and sometimes I can find things there I couldn't find elsewhere. But Walmart has changed completely in that they have turned their customer service people into security personnel.so God forbid you walk around in the makeup area they follow you around as if you're stuffing your pockets. Staff doesn't know anything about the products or services offers. Today however, I found toilet paper for the first time in three months. So I'm happy

They have everything I need in one store. Their makeup section is so organized and they even have a cashier on spot when you leave that area. My other favorite section is the deli. I love to get precut lunchmeat. There is premade sandwiches and roasted whole chickens, pizzas and more. You also can't go wrong in there bakery section with many options. And there clothes and shoes have a plentiful variety for the whole family. The kitchen section is a favorite. There is always new items and very well organized. And last but least you can't go wrong with their prices.

This store used to be a good place to get anything you need at anytime! Over the past year or so (pre pandemic) they have shown little interest in keeping their grocery side stocked. There have been several times where we see that they're out of specific items. We understand that all stores run out of stuff, but this store won't even restock for weeks! Since the pandemic, I have only gone a few times because my roommates do the shopping. But for a whole month I had put a specific item on the list and every week they would return without it, saying that the store is still out!! I prefer the small Mexican market over the Los Coches Wal-Mart for my grocery needs!

This is a supercenter so it includes a grocery store. The store as a whole is pretty clean and has several selves check out registers but the shelves and isles can be a bit disorganized but part of that is the other customers, not just the staff. As Walmarts go, it's pretty good.

This Walmart consistently violates ADA laws for service dogs. The Americans With Disabilities law cites that emotional support dogs or animals do not have the training to do specific tasks in assisting a person with disability or impairment, unlike service animals. Hence, the pets may not be allowed to accompany their owner in public places ie. restaurants, stores, hotels. It also violates Section 114259.5 of the California Retail Food Code which says that "live animals may not be allowed in a food facility." When a legitimate service dog is at a grocery store with their handler, it would be nice to know that their highly trained service dog is safe from being attacked, barked at, or assaulted by pets of people who bring in their emotional support animals or pet dogs. The general public is highly uneducated when it comes to Ada laws. Walmart should know better and needs to train their employees better. Not just tell their employees to look the other way if the person claims it's a service dog. Walmart mart is neglecting the safety of Americans with Disabilities with service dogs and the General Public with its lack of providing Clean, safe, hygienic food and other products for consumers because they're letting dogs come into the stores that sniff, pee, and poop where groceries are sold and throughout the store.

Over the last year this store has gone completely downhill. Don't get me wrong, it was never great, but now it's downright a pain to shop here. The store manager has no clue about customer service, and it shows throughout the entire staff. To start with the store is dirty and unorganized. With all of the employees standing around gossiping about their personal lives and the personal lives of others, you'd think it would be cleaner. The other issue with this store is that they have locked practically EVERYTHING up. Went to buy batteries the other day, and they are locked up!! Had to wait over 10 minutes for someone with a key to open the case so I could get a pack of double AA batteries. You're better off going to 7-11 down on the corner. There are better places to spend your money than somewhere that treats you like the criminal.

The grocery curbside pickup at this WM used to be an A+ operation. Over the past month, it has become a failing operation. The 5 of the last 6 pickups, I've had to wait to get a pick up spot, then wait to get the groceries. The total wait has been from 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes! It used to always be about 10 minutes. And recently, they delayed my pick up time by 3 HOURS! I had to pick up at 8pm at night! This has nothing to do with the shutdown, because the failure has been going on for weeks. The staff bringing groceries to the car are great, they're really working hard and are always so nice! But their market manager is not running the operation effectively anymore. What I've been told by several staff is that the management of the operation went off the rails, people quit, and now management isnt reducing pick up slots to line up with the reduced number of staff - and they arent staffing the operation to ensure reasonable wait times. I've sent in complaints, but no response. Hoping this post will help get the problem fixed!!!!

There was no line to get in between 7:30-8:00 PM Saturday, and no line at the scan & go check out. However they didn't have any king size pillows, which was the main reason why I went there. I did get printer ink and a couple other items, and I was helped by an employee who got a ladder to retrieve something from the top shelf.

We have camped there many years, and this was the worst by far! We stayed in k19 and that section was overran with loud rude people who did not obey the rule of quiet time. The lanes were crowded with vehicles and even picnic tables. We almost could not get our motorhome down the lane to leave because of it. We were extremely disappointed with our experience and left as early as possible just to get some peace and quiet.

This Walmart Super Center is Conveniently located and boasts a massive selection of groceries and hard goods. Their produce is often very well priced. My experience was humiliating the receipt checker tried saying that I didn't pay for a toolbox wich I and tried keeping my item that I'd just purchased making me look like some kind of lowlife thief. This visit was wonderful as most of what we were looking to buy was in stock and plentiful. We love the Sun Dried Tomato Turkey they have in the deli here but, it's usually sold out when we make our random and infrequent visit. I don't recommend buying dinner meats here as the prices are a bit steep and I've yet to see any sales each visit. Otherwise, selection is great and prices are the same as most other Wal-Mart. Seriously though, if you like turkey as a lunch meat... Sun Dried Tomato is quite delicious and I'd highly recommend it to anyone :)

Idk who does the hiring at this store but in the year or so that I've shopped here, I've had some pretty awkward and flat out aggressive interactions with sales associates engaging me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Why am I writing this review? To point out that sales associate Sandra, is truly unprofessional and flat out aggressive and trying to be confrontational with me during my transaction. I just wanna post it here since trying to talk to anyone in that store seems to be a lost cause. How this store is allowed to operate with the level of unprofessionalism that gets carried out daily is mind blowing. Stay clear of Sandra. I mean it, regardless of whatever that lady is going through, her demeanor is a complete and total liability and she will take it out on you. Be warned shopping here.

Everytime I go shopping at Walmart, there are extremely long lines and a few checkers. It is frustrating and sometimes a half hour to check out. Their management apparently doesn't care.

I purchased in for my printer here, it cost me $45 because the associate talked me into buying the one one with more in it, when I got home and put it in, the color worked fine but the black never did work! I took it back to get it replaced and was told that they do not refund or replace ink once it's been open! How would you know if it is not working if you dont open it and try it?now I'm out $45 bucks and cant afford to buy more Iink. I will never buy anything expensive from here again

Walmart is a busy place in general, but this specific Walmart has trouble with having enough registers open for the amount of customers they have in the store. During the week there will 3 or 4 registers open and, of course, self checkout. That is not enough registers. I have been in line 5 people deep during the week and 10 buggies deep on the weekend. There has got to be a better and more efficient way to handle this problem. The cashiers are really nice, but you can tell they are wore out. There are 13 registers total & I have never seen more than 4 open on any given day!
