My girls have been with CCD for the past three years, after being at a different studio previously. We can say with confidence that Capital City Dance is bar none the best place for dance in the city! The atmosphere is welcoming for the whole family. The teachers are fun and highly qualified. The competition results are most impressive. It is the place to be to dance!

Good little dance studio. Has hip-hop and ballet classes. My young daughter enjoys her ballet classes. Nothing strict. Just dancing with basic ballet lessons. Also has seats for parents while they wait.

This is one of the best dance studios in Ottawa! I've never seen so many happy athletes and dancers. Not to mention the staff there is fantastic. I hope anybody and everybody gets to experience this place one day!

I didn't enjoy the adult ballet class that much. They don't have different classes for different levels, so it was not easy for a beginner. The teacher didn't teach much, so for the whole time I had to follow other students who were not doing it properly either. I am not going back..

Our daughter has been dancing at the CCD studio for only a year, after we moved from the US, where she started dancing. We have been very pleased to see her progress in different genres of dancing. Her ballet techniques greatly improved, her growth in tap was huge, like day and night comparing to her level a year ago. She loves coming to her dance classes, as school has a welcoming and friendly environment. Teachers are passionate and enthusiastic about teaching. Results of this year competitions were impressive and we were proud to be a part of CCD school. I would highly recommend this dance studio. Iryna and Alex.

I pulled my daughter (age 8) out because I found it a waste of time. Her hip-hop teacher never taught directly to any students. We could've learned everything we did from watching television. The teachers may know how to dance but they don't know how to teach. I will not go back and I wouldn't recommend. Sorry.

The founders Mike and Gabe completely make this place. My kid has flourished along with CCD since it opened some years back. Solid instructors, good times and great competitive results!

My daughter has been dancing with CCD for 5 years and her progression has been amazing. She started in recreational and ballet, then part time competitive and is now in the full time competitive team. The owners and teachers are great! They continuously improve the way they teach technique and performance, but they also take the time to work on each student’s confidence, personal growth and wellbeing. As parents we are also very well supported, informed and an integral part of the team. In short, it’s not just a hashtag, it truly is #CCDFamily !
