(Translated) Not impressed with the service. I enrolled my daughter in a class, we show up and the class is canceled altogether. I confirmed the day before, lack of internal communication. I request a refund, I am told that on site this is not possible and to communicate again with the person responsible by email. It's been over a week now and sent 2 emails, a phone call and still no response, no refund. Unhappy, however, I had heard good comments from this school. (Original) Pas impressionnée du service. J’ai inscris ma fille dans un cours, on se présente et le cours est annulé complètement. J’ai bien confirmé la veille, manque de communication à l’interne. Je demande un remboursement, on me dit que sur place ce n’est pas possible et de communiquer à nouveau avec la personne responsable par courriel. Ca fait maintenant plus d’une semaine et 2 courriels envoyé, un coup de téléphone et toujours pas de réponse, ni de remboursement. Malheureux, j’avais pourtant entendu de bons commentaires de cette école.
