Ms Low is amazing with little kids. She remembers their names after meeting them once and uses their names. She picks up on things that are important to them, addresses the only boy in the class to ensure he feels at ease and is just very observant. Her sessions are interactive and she uses games and kid appropriate instructions to keep the kids engaged. I'm not sure how but Ms Low easily manages a class of 15+ young kids and gets them all to participate equally! In addition to ballet, we loved the culture and values Ms Low teaches, including respect for the teacher and each other, reminding them to say please and thank you, asking them to pay attention and take turns. It has been a wonderful summer of introduction to ballet!

Attended pilates in High Park both this summer and last. It was a glorious experience and Amelia is a conscientious, professional, delightful instructor. She constantly supports and encourages participants - and is a joy to watch as well. Looking forward to more pilates soon.

She worked with me to build my core and general strength which has fixed my lower back pain and I feel so much better in my body. Amelia is a fantastic instructor! She always makes me feel so welcome in the space she creates :) Her classes are fun and challenging. I love how the classes adapt to the elements as well. We once sought shelter in a little clubhouse during a rainy storm, and Amelia carried on with the class as the pro she is !

I attended several Pilates in the Park classes with Amelia who is an excellent instructor. She gave us bands and other fitness props to use. Every class is challenging and is a great workout. Amelia has really turned my Pilates workouts into a necessity! We started with the Pilates in the Park in the summer, and I had to continue with the in-studio sessions. The class is well structured for most levels, but especially for beginners. Amelia is very understanding and patient. I recommend her to everyone! (PS, after Pilates in the Park, I surprisingly learned that I can hold a plank for at least 2 minutes!)
