I love this salsa class. Ilias and Chantal are just so wonderful. Me and my spouse didn't think we'd learn so quickly but they teach it so well. Their passion to teach and have a great time with a few laughs makes it so fun. I highly recommend it!!!

I have always been a fan of Dancing with the Stars and always wanted to learn to dance Salsa but had no one I wanted to learn with. Just over year ago, I met my now fiance and got her(and I) lessons for her birthday. I can tell you she was extremely surprised and happy! Baila Productions was the school I chose and wasn't disappointed! Ilias and his team of teachers keep the classes very fun and entertaining! His personality and charisma light up the facility. There are many Dance Schools in the Montreal area. Why Baila Productions? What makes Baila different???? I remember my very 1st class, showing up all by myself and not knowing anyone. Didn’t take long for Ilias (Teacher & Owner of School ) to make everyone feel super comfortable & at ease. OMG the laughs !!! The guy should be a comedian!!! Before I knew it, only within a few weeks, I had made a whole new circle of friends. The school not only teaches dance but promotes FUN ! There is a magical ambiance at Baila. Baila Production is the best dance school ever. You will learn latin dancing with competent teachers. You don’t need to go with a partner. Ilias will make sure you have a partner to practice with. And his rates are very reasonable. I can attest to it due to bad past experiences because I didn’t have a partner and with health restrictions. I always loved dancing and I wanted to learn latin dance. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. I was extremely happy I was actually learning how to dance and remembering all the steps and the techniques taught to me. And most of all, I was having lots of fun doing so. I will never stop signing up for dance classes with Baila. Ilias (the owner) is a great teacher, a comedian and very charismatic. He is compassionate with great teaching skills, making every class a fun one with lots of laughter. And I cannot forget, his staff is as amazing and compassionate as he is. If you’ve been having doubts about trying a dance class, then you should give Baila Salsa Productions in the West Island a chance. I don’t have much dance experience as I was always too shy to try. A friend encouraged me to give Baila Productions a try despite the fact that I don’t have a partner. I’m glad I did because this place puts you at ease and after the third class, I was confident enough to dance with a partner at a club. The beginner’s class comprises of persons of different age with different levels of experience or no experience at all. And, it doesn’t matter if you have a partner or not because at the end of each training session, you end up with a partner. I’m not only learning how to dance but I’m having fun in the process cause the instructor and owner, Ilias, makes the whole learning experience wonderful. I sometimes forget the steps after a day or two but that’s OK because Baila Productions has prepared so many how-to videos, which are posted on YouTube, relating to each dance lesson. That’s a huge PLUS because it makes it easy for you to retrace the steps that you had learnt before entering the next class. A good way to decompress after a hard day at work!!
