Wonderful amazing Trainer! Has high spirit and true care for each and everyone of her trainees, someone I am truly proud to call my coach and a friend????❤️???????? will really get that workout push through it mindset and have you coming for more, I always Love when I just show up and she is just such a goOd leader of leading us from within motivation and drive, I could not recommend her enough for someone looking to get into Capoeira or Brazilian dance, or just looking to have fun and get a bit of sweet on, 11/10. But don’t just take my word for it come in and check it out for yourself, you’ll be glad you did.
