This studio was and is my home for a long time. Each teacher puts in special time to look at the needs of each student. There are a great variety and options for dance styles and each student is encouraged and supported to grow as a dancer in their styles. The teachers here are some of my greatest mentors in life that not only taught me how to dance, but taught me some important life lessons as well. I always felt satisfied and challenged during my dance years.

My sister and I have attended Freestyle for many years now. Owners and teachers have always provided a safe and inclusive environment where we can grow as students. Now as senior dancers we can confidently say we have learned a lot about dedication and consistency through our classes and both have been challenged in just the right ways to help us grow not only in our dance life, but our personal and work life too. Miss Nicole has done an amazing job with the studio the last few years as she has taken ownership. Not to mention pushing through unprecedented times with this Covid pandemic. I am so excited for September and can't wait to see everyone back. :)

THE BEST DANCE STUDIO EVER. I've been going to Freestyle since I was 3 and I've never wanted to go anywhere else! The teachers and staff are so nice, funny, and they know how to motivate you without bringing you down or stressing you out. Overall, it's a lovely place and Freestyle Dance Centre is pretty much a second home to me :)

I have been attending the yoga classes offered at Freestyle and they are amazing. The instructor is awesome and very friendly and helpful, since I am fairly new to yoga. The owner Nicole is a very sweet caring young lady, who loves nothing more than teaching the kids and making sure they have a good time. Definitely a great place to learn dance!

As a parent, I have always appreciated the dedication of the teachers, the sensitivity to age-appropriate, modest costumes and choreography of all dancers. Freestyle Dance Centre offers several genres of dance classes on top of the yoga .. they have 3 large spaces with large mirrors, A/C, and lots of different props to use including acro mats and even a springboard! I found all instructors and owners easy to talk to and have proven to maintain a professional, safe environment for all members! I would 100% send my own children here one day and would recommend to anyone else interested in taking yoga / dance classes themselves or for your kids/teens.

THE WORST made me miss my grade 8 graduation by forcing me to attend dance recital honestly the staff is so rude I don't even know why I put up with them! In addition they still haven't sent me my photos I ordered from the recital and it's been 2 years!! Ridiculous! DONT GO

Our family loves Freestyle Dance Center and cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner Nicole and all the teachers at the studio. They are all very dedicated, caring and love dance, and that love for dance projects onto all their students. They are just like family, they treat your children with respect and push them to be the best people they can be. Our daughter started at Freestyle about 5 years ago. She started in just one dance class and has since put the work in and is now doing competitive dance in Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary and Jazz. She is also in Ballet and does the tech classes to improve technique and will be doing Tap this year as well. The owner of the studio, Nicole, takes the time to really teach the kids, be present with them and highly focused, allowing them to flourish and become the best dancers they can be by putting in the work. Our daughters confidence has skyrocketed in the past few years and her dance skills have just continued to develop stronger and stronger with the instruction and discipline she has received which is why she continues to be a part of more dances as the years progress. Freestyle is very accommodating and is very clear with emails when communicating with parents. They have taken all the necessary precautions with the COVID pandemic and we feel very safe sending our daughter to the studio. It is very clean and the girls feel safe attending. Our daughter was thrilled when we received the good news that we were able to go back in June and she cannot wait for the new season to start in a couple weeks. Even with the restrictions they are all making the best out of the situation and working very hard at making it a fantastic season for the kids. The teachers are strict yet fun, they teach the kids discipline for the sport and to respect their fellow dancers and themselves and they always have fun and laughs in every class. Fantastic group of teachers and kids at Freestyle! I highly recommend this studio if you are just starting out or if you are looking for somewhere to replace your current studio. You will not regret it <3 much love for the teachers here!

I've been taking a weekly yoga class in the evening since they started offering it in January. The owner and the instructor are both very welcoming and understanding that I am relatively new to yoga and not very flexible. I am thoroughly enjoying the class and find my flexibility improving.

I've been going to Freestyle dance centre for 10 years when I was younger. I love it so much, more like a family place!! This past March took my daughter for a birthday party and Nicole the owner was great to communicate with very helpful for my girls day! Everyone loved it and some people experienced dance for the first time. Just yesterday took my daughter for her first dance class everyone was so polite and saying hello. Even before her class Nicole and other people in the studio help me with getting ballet shoes at the last moment. Can't say more about this studio I LOVE. IT!! I'm looking forward to seeing my daughter dance now. I'm happy to see them following Covid rules the best they can durning a tough time.

We LOVE Freestyle!!! My 2 daughters have been dancing here for multiple years. The owner is amazing and has taken the studio in the best direction possible after taking over ownership. Very accommodating & great communication skills. All instructors are professional, certified, caring and very dedicated to the kids well being & performance. I always feel my kids are in good hands and made the right choice . They have taken all safety precautions seriously for Covid-19 and have been very careful and diligent on protecting everyones safety in the studio. Studio is very clean and safe! If you are looking for a positive, fun & family orientated studio this one is for you!????
