Just had my first class on monday with Amber. I did the Adult dance class which was perfect for a beginner (and preggers) like me. It was so much fun and had a perfect mix of dance styles like zumba, hip hop, and jazz with a touch of ballet. The music selection was awesome and the other dancers in the class were super friendly and fun. We had some laughs and a great workout which felt like a fun time. Thousand times better than an elliptical anyday :) I'll be sure to keep coming back !!!
