We rent some space in one of the studios at Dance Express to practice our ballroom dancing and Tango. We always have a great support from Debbie and Silvana. They have always been helpful.

Had my daughter attend this dance studio a few years in a row. The studio is clean and well maintained but the owner lady Debbie lacks professionalism. She is abrasive and harsh. Because of covid, back in 2019, Dance Express did not held the year end show but did charge parents for the costume fee of $94. I emailed the studio to inquire if this fee will be refunded and received a reply from the owner lady saying that the studio already sent all parents an email asking them to claim their refund by a deadline set by her and I was too late and I can no longer get the $94 back. I explained to her that I never received this email. She flat out refused and told me that I can go to the studio's store and buy merchandise from them or I can register my daughter for summer camp. Given job loss and financial insecurities, I explained to her that there was noting in the store we would need and unfortunately the summer camp was coinciding with summer school and my daughter would not be able to attend. She never bothered to reply. When registration opened for the new season 2021-2022, I signed up my daughter for a class. We never got a confirmation back. I emailed the studio to inquire and Debbie said that she has a cheque for me at the front desk and confirmed that they purposely did not reply to our registration request as in her words " we are not the studio for you, we hope you can find someplace suitable for your dancer. Good luck" She refused to re-register my daughter because I asked to be refunded what was rightfully mine. How very unprofessional.

So happy we found this place for my son. It's been 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing, kind, professional and my son loves coming here..... I highly recommend them.
