I booked an hour long private class for a Bachelorette party and let me tell you, everyone had a blast! Victoria, the owner, was incredibly sweet from the very first email. In class, she explained how to do the moves and how to do so safely. She also helped us find alternative ways of pulling off the move if someone had difficulties. She was incredibly patient as we tried our best to get it right. Very nice atmosphere and no judgement. Our group created great memories and I definitely plan on coming back with friends. The girls and I 100% recommend this studio! Thank you Victoria!

If you want a great workout in a welcoming environment with amazing staff, quality equipment, friendly atmosphere, and feel like you're part of a community? Come here! I was very nervous my first time trying this out (out of shape, over 30, socially awkward, and did I mention out of shape? haha) but by the end of my first class I was hooked. It's challenging (especially upper body) but extremely rewarding and I never felt out of place. Being an Anglophone (I can comprehend/speak only a little French right now) I was a little worried I'd have a hard time keeping up, but they instruct in both languages, and following along watching the instructor is also very easy. All of the instructors are very talented, can explain the move sets with ease, encouraging and are super helpful when you need a little extra attention. They're also quick to remember who you are, and really pay attention to your skill set and help you move on to the next level. The front staff are also informative, really friendly, and super helpful. It's a really nice start to the day, coming in and having a quick chat with them before popping into class :) Class options are great. They have varied types such as intro, beginner, conditioning, stretching, contemporary etc. There's something for everyone. You can check the schedule and book on the Mindbody app, which makes planning your week really easy. The company also has a great online presence both on Facebook (external and an internal one for students) and Instagram where you can checkout photos from class, get quick answers to any query, and chat amongst the group from varied topics like equipment, move sets, experiences, etc. I also really appreciate that the front of the studio has privacy vinyl so you can see out but not in. It helps for those that are a little self conscious of potential onlookers. The parking lot is shared with other companies but it's not difficult to find a spot, and with it being right near some residential streets, street parking is super easy to find. Overall, it's a solid studio, and something that I think everyone should try. It's a really fun way to work out :)

I withdrew 2x in advance (but not 8h) because I did not know it, I am a new client and I am told that I am losing my 2 lessons. This studio is amazing! Very friendly staff and the instructors are very encouraging! I move like a stick but I feel comfortable practicing thanks to their encouragement. They show step-by-step on how to do the poses. They always have positive vibes and they really care about your progress. They are also very active on social media which I like. I live Downtown but sometimes I come from NDG (takes about 40-50 mins) but I insist on going to this specific studio because I have lots of fun every time.

Prior to taking classes at Pole Station, I had tried at a couple different studios. After each try I had a hard time adapting and gave up. I was convinced I couldn’t do it or be as good as the other girls. I discovered Pole station and decided to give it another try and got the chance to speak with Victoria about my insecurities. She reassured me it was normal and that everyone started at the bottom at one point. I’ve fallen in love with pole fitness and there’s no other place I would want to practice with again. Not only is the team amazing but everyone finds their spot :) I recommend!!
