I’ve been going to Body Language since April learning aerial hoop/Lyra and love it. Heather is a great teacher who breaks down the moves very well and is always close to spot you so you feel safe. Her studio is absolutely beautiful and intimate with three hoops and four poles. Although I was learning hoop I couldn’t help but take the opportunity to play on her poles. If you are in Barrie and new to hoop/pole, I definitely recommend you check out Body Language. Heather is very welcoming and her prices are reasonable.

Coordinated a group booking for a bachelorette 1h belly dancing class for 8 girls. We had so much fun!!! Booking it was super painless and easy to coordinate. Class was great and instructor was amazing. Highly recommend it !

I had so much fun at my pole level 1 today. She is so encouraging and positive. I felt amazing and confident and comfortable while doing the class. I was really nervous but as we started my nerves went away and I had the best time ever! She explains everything so well! I highly recommend!

Heather is not only a fantastic teacher but also has an intoxicating personality making class not only fun but a great work out. Took the Intro to Pole Fitness class with a friend. We had so much fun and Heather (instructor) was very welcoming and passionate about the class. The studio is clean and comfortable. Class size was small, which was wonderful. Will definitely be back for more!

It was a very encouraging and supportive environment to try a new way to exercise. I went on my own which was great; I think it would be even more fun to do with my girlfriends next time. Great place.. Clean, friendly atmosphere.. Heather is a fantastic teacher. There's only 3 people in each class so we get so much more attention.. it's like a semi private lesson!

I had the privilege of visiting Body Language during their first showcase with my wife who attends Hoop class at this studio. My wife has been an instructor in the pole community for years so I have visited lots of studios. I was extremely impressed with what Heather has done with her space and will say it looks absolutely amazing. I love how she has her poles set to easily detach so she can teach her hoop students. I was invited by a girlfriend for a girls night at Body Language. I was exicted but very nervous. After being there for a couple minutes I soon realized that there was nothing to be nervous about as it was an all around good atmosphere. Heather was AMAZING. From the time we walked through the door she was a breath of fresh air. She is very down to earth and has a great sense of humour. Her studio is very well kept and clean. She was very good at giving everyone the one on one attention they needed. She makes you feel so comfortable and is very knowledgeable. I recommend Body Language to anyone looking for a girls night out or someone who wants to potentially work on themselves physically. This definitely can help you become more confident. Even just being able to grasp some of the beginners material I felt so empowered and proud of myself! Thank you so much Heather for the fabulous evening can't wait to see you again soon!
