My daughter was not able to shop in any of our local dress stores because of covid. So we went with Marlas as we had heard good things. The whole experience went well and my daughter LOVED her dress. Reason's we would definitely shop again here: - Easy to use website (since we had no choice but to shop online) - Sizing guide was true to fit - Huge selection of dresses - Great prices (we ended up getting ours on sale but even the original price was great) - Shipping was great and dress arrived when they said it would - Packaged very well and even came with a cute bag to hang it up in - Dress was actually the same colour that was shown on the website - The dress had POCKETS. We missed that in the description when we bought it but she was pretty excited to discover that. - The dress held up great and kept it's shape for outdoor photoshoots and a grad ceremony during a heat wave. The only minor negative thing I have to say is that this was my daughter's second choice of dress as the first one she wanted was out of stock in her size. Too be fair, there's a PANDEMIC going on so a lot of people were ordering online so I completely understand that.

I ordered the Cinderella Divine V Neck Long Sleeve A-Line Gown (7475) in mauve and it is the PERFECT dress for my sister's upcoming wedding! ???? It looks exactly as pictured and makes me feel super feminine and glamorous. Everything about the dress is great including the colour, the fabric, and the fit. It arrived in a little less than 2 weeks and the packaging was very cute — they included a sweet handwritten card inside the box! I had the best experience with Marla’s Team at their Square One flagship store last month. We, Kids T.O. Runway of Hope, were organizing a charity fashion show, to raise funds to build playgrounds for kids with serious illnesses, through a wonderful organization called Million Dollar Smiles. Marla’s generously offered to dress our girls for the show, both the runway models and a host. Victoria from the Head Office was even there to help us out. The girls tried on multiple dresses each, and Victoria and her team were fantastic with them. When I returned the dresses to the store after show, Maria and Aria were there to help, and they were fantastic as well. I highly recommend Marla’s to everyone, not only for their broad selection of dresses and gowns, but also for their superior customer service.

Words cannot describe how angry and disappointed I am with my experience at Marlas fashion. I purchased a dress for my daughter and patiently waited 5 weeks to get it, after being advised by the sales girl/manager that it takes 6-10 business days. The dress I got did not even zip up on my daughter. The manager claimed it was a manufacturers defect and told me I should have ordered a bigger size! When I asked if they can order her a new one they said it can only be ordered if I return the original dress! Since I was pressured for time, only 2 weeks for the party I decided to bring my daughter to the store with the dress and see if it can be made bigger. The seamstress advised that it’s best to order a bigger size because there is only 3/4 inch give. The manager guaranteed to rush order it and offered free alternations for my inconvenience. Great! The dress apparently took 1 week to arrive and I was scheduled on Wednesday feb 26th yo bring my daughter in to have it altered on the spot. 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call that the seamstress is sick and she will be in on Friday, 2 days before the party. I decided to take the dress somewhere else to be altered because I was getting anxious and worried it would not be ready. To my surprise I discover that Marlas never ordered me a new size but rather altered the small size and changed the label to a bigger size. There were visible seems on the size where the stitching had be opened. When my daughter tried the dress it was still tight, did not make sense as the size 2 in the store was lose on her, how could this size 2 be so tight???? Please explain to me how Marlas maintains a reputation when they fraudulently alter designer dresses and cheat and deceive their customers????? All my daughter wants us to wear the beautiful dress that she choice and she can’t because it’s too small! I only have 2 days till her party????

I had the best experience working with an employee named Caroline. I was ordering my daughters prom dress and she was the most pleasant lady! I live in Holyoke Massachusetts in USA and had to call her several times due to different issues I had. Caroline always called me back and fixed everything! Even after not having the dress my daughter wanted she emailed me similar dresses to help us find the perfect dress. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a dress. She was the most helpful and accommodating person. I could not of asked for a better experience.

My daughter and I went there for the very first time on Wed February 10 and the manger was helping, patients outgoing and kind. They work together as a team to make us happy. The store was very organized. On Thursday February 11. I went back and brought my mom to the store and the staff remember my name. There is a employed by the name of Badriyah she is the best. She work with us until we find the right fitting for my mom. They always put the guest first and they always have a smile on there face. Keep up the good work. I reached out after I had not 2 but 3 dress blunders and customer service nightmares with a few big box bridal stores. I chatted with Camilla on their live chat service and she was amazing! She not only checked to see which of the dresses I selected were in the warehouse that day and could be shipped out immediately, but she also spoke with her manager for me to add a 2-day Fedex option just for me to be sure it would get here in time! I just received my wedding dress and it is everything I have ever wanted. The fit is exactly true to size, the quality is great, and it is exactly like the picture! Thank you so much for taking the stress out of my COVID19 wedding! I will absolutely be back for my next formal dress!

My husband and I went to Marla's in Square One, Mississauga to look at some dresses for an upcoming event. I always go through a bit of anxiety finding a dress, since I am in the plus size range for clothes. When we arrived, my worries were all laid to rest. The girls were very helpful and attentive to my needs. We found a dress for me in no time flat. I had to order it because the one I had tried on that I liked, though it fit, was predominantly for display and trying on purposes. Therefore, there were some beads missing /loose and a slight snag in the fabric. That didn't matter to me, since I knew that I was likely going to be ordering the dress and not necessarily taking it from the store the same day. All in all, a great experience and I will go back for dresses in future! ????

We ordered a dress for my daughters grade 8 graduation. The dress is beautiful and great quality but unfortunately was slightly too small. When we called for an exchange they were sold out of the next size but did suggest having the dress altered to a corset back, which we did, and it fit perfectly! Shipping was pretty fast considering the current circumstances of covid and lockdown. The “matching” mask was a great touch for the drive thru graduation too!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Marla's Fashions. We started out at a bridal shop where they made my daughter feel horrible about herself, and tried to force us to buy a dress that didn't suit my daughter at all. This experience had my daughter spiraling into depression, and did a number on her self esteem. When we had our appointment with Marla's Fashions, the lady listened to my what my daughter wanted, had me measure my daughter, and she found exactly what my daughter wanted. When we went in to pick the dress up, they had her try it on and it fit perfectly! At home, she put it on to show her dad, and she was glowing, and her self esteem has sky rocketed. Marla's Fashions provided my daughter with the experience I wanted her to have when looking for her graduation dress. They made her not only feel good about herself, but they made her feel beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend Marla's Fashions, and it is the only place I will take my daughter's for their fancy dress needs. ❤

This was probably one of the worst store experiences. We have ordered 7 bridesmaid dresses. Not only did we not receive them, but we also waited for two years to finally resolve the situation. Dresses were not delivered to the store and they were ordered 8 months in advance. How embarrassing, and unprofessional of the store owner - Maria - for not making sure that you get what you pay for (in this case, I guess you don’t get anything and still pay :) Anyway, after fighting for two years straight and numerous ignorant conversations, emails back and forth, and begging for my money back, they had finally given my money back. I will never in the world shop at this store again. I would highly advise to stay away, especially if you are looking for more than one dress that isn’t in store to buy right away.

Thank you, Marlas! I ordered the Long Infinity dress is hunter green and it is perfect for my bridesmaids. The colour is beautiful and it fits wonderfully on all body types. There are so many different styles of how to wear it, I think they will all have a hard time choosing. Each of their personality will get to be reflected in their own styling while being cohesive while still being the same dress length and shade of colour. Not to mention, the dress is very comfortable and they all feel like they can dance the night away without being uncomfortable. I highly recommend this beautiful, versatile dress.

I needed a black dress during the covid lockdown in a short amount of time. Marlas Fashion customer service was awesome. They got me the dress I wanted in the exact size I needed. Usually dress stores don't have my size, I was shocked that it was the perfect fit. They made sure I got everything I needed. They offered delivery or pickup. I did pickup and the store itself was so beautiful and they had such a wide variety of dresses. I had easy contact with the store and everyone was nice. What a beautiful dress!! I purchased the May Queen stunning sparkly in royal blue for my daughter’s grade 8 graduation. She loves it!! Even though she is having a virtual grad, some of her friends got together in their dresses and had some professional pictures taken. Marla’s was easy to deal with. Bought a size too large and returned for a size smaller with a quick refund. It was delivered in a cute pink box with a garment bag and a personal letter. So nice! We went in looking for a Quinceanera dress and most of you know that a Quinceanera is very important especially finding the perfect dress. We were greeted and helped so amazing, Amy did such a fantastic job helping us & only because of her we are giving this place a 3 star. We found my sisters dress it was good we just needed a few adjustments, we told her the day we wanted the dress and that we would be back again to try it on. This is where the miscommunication started we went back to Marla's thinking that some work may have been started - nothing was done it was the same. Amy was like ok let me try to get this done by today she understood our schedule, we had asked for a corset to be placed and some shoulder straps. We were debating on weather to get the bottom hemmed. We left that day and told Amy that we would be back the following Saturday and hoping it was done she told us to arrive at 9 AM. Arrived at 9 AM & the dress HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED! Oh when we saw this we spoke with a girl there, she told us she had no idea what was happening, we spoke with the seamstress and she had no idea. We asked for Amy & she was not in that day, I was beyond furious at this point, my sister walked out crying because Amy had told her it would be done by the time we arrived. We stayed 2.5 hours and the seamstress finished it, the straps not done properly and the string for the corset was a disaster. We asked her to fix it for us after she gave us attitude & she did because we were not leaving until it was done. Paying over $600 for dress and adjustments after everything not worth it, I took it to someone else to fix the straps because they were uneven. Disappointed in the customer service towards the end and the miscommunication.

The owner Marla is absolutely amazing, so sweet, so kind. The selection here is HUGE! Proms, weddings, grads, omg everything. So any colours and almost every size in every colour. I came for a last min wedding guest dress shopping (wedding in 2 weeks), and found something within 20 mins! I stayed 1 hour total to try on a few more recommended by the staff and had such a tough time choosing because they're all good! But so happy with the experience here! We opened the box… The beautiful pink box had a pink garment bag, press on nails (lol) my daughter’s gorgeous purple lace dress called May Queen- 1280 Shining Star and a beautiful written card that added a very nice touch! Once my daughter tried it on she was so happy and thrilled that it fit so nicely! She looked absolutely beautiful on her grade 8 graduation day! I purchased a dress with this site, I was hesitant at first, but did it anyway. I am so glad I did. My purchased was worth it. I initially ordered 2XL, I was notified that they were sold out of the size I ordered. I was offered a refund, or different size or a different style of dress. I went with same dress size down ( wrong choice on my part) I contacted customer service ( Eva) who assisted me promptly and professionally. She ensured I was able to return my item and that I received the correct dress in time before my event. The customer service was spectacular! I ordered my dress online and it came in on a Thursday and my event was on a Friday. Therefore, I was coming all the way from Kitchener to pick it up but I hit horrible traffic. So, the manager stayed until 7pm and waited for me to pick it up - they usually close at 6pm. It was very nice of her to do that. I didn't catch her name but thank you, I really appreciated it.

As always, the girls were so helpful, patient and kind and the decision was so tough because she loved almost all of the dresses she tried on. Typically this request can be seen as odd and I sometimes have some who ask more “why” questions then anything else. The sales consultant was really wonderful, assisting us with fitting and style questions over the phone. I had a lot problems, they did help out, I feel that they didn't help out enough even though we are going through covid. It was too much of a hassle so personally I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The biggest problem was the day before the wedding comparing dresses with the other bridesmaids (because of covid we couldn't compare beforehand) the dress was the wrong colour and had to change it. Not impressed and wish I could get a refund.

Overall experience was great. When my daughter and I were looking for graduation dresses the one she wanted the size was sold out. A week later my daughter was on virtual chat looking to see when the size would be in they found the size sent us the link so we could purchase right away. Prices were very reasonable. My daughter graduates grade 8 this year and, although she won’t be having an actual graduation, the least we could do was get the dress/pics… turns out, the ‘least’ was ‘thee most’!! With our Graduation dress shopping options limited, we ventured to the internet! When we called Marla's to ask about shipping to Saskatchewan, a real person answered the phone, and all our questions. We decided to order two dresses to try on, and then send one back once my daughter decided on her fave. There was actually a shipping slip up so Marla's waived the extra shipping costs. This is THE place to get a prom dress. I went in completely dishevelled after volleyball practice and was greeted by Edina. She was so nice and helpful and treated me like any other customer, despite my appearance. I went in the next day to look for a dress. I was helped by Audrey who was extremely patient with me and pulled all the dresses I asked for. I wasn't finding anything I liked so she brought me a few options she thought looked nice, and I ended up finding a dress I loved! Maria and Tanya, the boutique's owner and her daughter, were helping all the girls in the store to make sure everyone was happy. They were so nice and made it such a fun experience. These people know what they are doing. The prices of the dresses are very good, they don't hike up the prices like other stores I have been to. Their store has a large selection of dresses and styles but if something is not quite right they have even more on their website that they can have delivered to the store. I have struggled in the past dress shopping because I am 6'0 tall but they had a large selection of dresses for me to try on, so don't worry about size they have something for everyone! A minor alteration had to be made to my dress and it was done the same day in-store. I could not say enough good things about this place, should be everyone's go-to spot!

The one in store was too large but they searched for the dress in their warehouses and found her one just a size larger. From Start to End it was an incredible experience. I contacted Marla’s online Messaging, back in February to see how and what I required to get my Daughter a grad Dress. Me as a father have absolutely no idea the first thing about dresses. I had a great informational conversation with the online messaging individual which was helpful especial with the Toronto lock down in place. I booked the appointment earlier in April for one in mid April but due to the lock down restrictions once again, Eva contacted me and informed me it would be beneficial to come in the day before the lock down. For me that was excellent customer service as I would not be able to shop inline for a picky daughter and after all comfort and fit is the most important when making a clothing purchase. On the day I show up with my daughter, I was greeted by Eva and she took my daughter and assisted her the entire way. After an hour and a half of I don’t know how many dresses she tried on Eva was able to select the 1678 Navy-20 dress. My daughter was comfortable and liked the dress other than a minor alteration it was perfect for her and Eves positive reinforcement helped settled my nerves. Eva had worked her magic and found some thing for my daughter. Eva was a real team player even though she had to put away all the 20 + dresses away. On Cashing out, we were advised to take another look to see if there was any other dress, she would prefer instead, low and behold she was happy with her selection. It was also great to be able to get contact info for professionals who do alterations. The only thing I would suggest to Marla’s is would you consider a dad waiting room as it awkward walking around a dress store while waiting for their daughters trying out dresses. Thanks again to all the team at Marla’s, especially Eva.

Went here in grade eight for my grad dress and again last year for my prom and both times I was 100% satisfied. I don't remember much about my 8th grade trip but I remember last years and it was great. I had found a dress I loved online so the next day my mom and I made the 1.5 hour drive to the store and talked to one of the employees regarding the dress I found. Unfortunately, they did not have it in the store but they offered to order it and I tried on a similar dress for a size reference. Within the week, the dress was in and it was perfect, except for being a little too long, so we were offered a very reasonable price to get it altered and picked it up about a week or so later. The experience here was amazing and everyone was complimenting my dress all night and asking where I got it! Will definitely go back to Marla's in the future!

I had one of the best experiences at Marlas. My daughter and I went to about 10 stores and could not find anything. She is 13 and tiny, so either the dress was too mature, or too big. After research on google, we found Marlas and decided to visit them. The dresses at Marlas are gorgeous, the store is great and the service is phenomenal. And most importantly, my daughter is super happy to find what she was looking for. I suggest all the moms looking for grade 8 dresses, to just go to Marlas and save your time. Keep in mind they get really busy at times, but not to worry because the staff has the patience and the courtesy to take care of you. Aria, who was helping us was amazing - this is a hidden gem of a store. Thank you, Aria. You really made the two ladies happy! ;)

After booking a dress for my daughter we were waiting for 8 days to be informed when we can pick it up and I phoned the stores and they confirm that it will be at the store in max 2 or 3 days , after waiting again they just sent that it was sold out !!! I ordered a dress that I found online through their website, and ordered through one of the sales representatives. I informed the sale representative that I will need the dress on a specific date shipped to my house, to which she confirmed that the dress would arrive on time. I asked if they had expedited shipping, to which she said no they don’t, they only have standard shipping. I found that to be odd, but nonetheless she confirmed it would arrive in time for my event. Two days prior to my event, I called repeatedly to get in touch with someone and I finally got a representative that called from L.A to inform me that the dress had not arrived on the allocated day they promised it would be in store in their Toronto location. I was livid. It was two days prior to my event, and the dress still had not arrived. The following day I get a call from one of the in house representatives at their Toronto location to inform me that dress will be ready for pick up, because the dress would not ship in time for my event. To say I was furious is an understatement. I had to drive 2 hours to pick up my dress. Once I arrived at the store, it took one of their representatives nearby 15 minutes to greet me. I told her my order number and she came back with a dress that wasn’t mine. She goes back and brings my dress to the front and hours later from commuting, I get home eager to try the dress on. Within 50 seconds of wearing the dress, beading along the collar starts coming apart. I could not believe how cheaply made the dress was made.To pay $400 for a dress to have beading come undone is unacceptable. I find the tag of the dress to see it was made in China. The dresses are cheaply made, and it was the biggest waste of money. I expected quality for the price I paid and ended up with a dress of dollar store quality. I’m so disappointed in Marla’s Fashion, and I’ll be sure to make all my friends and family aware to never shop there. Save your money and go somewhere, where quality matters and the dress isn’t falling apart by the end of your event.

The dress I wanted was out of stock, so I used the live chat option to ask if it would be restocked soon. They added me to the list to be notified when it was restocked. We drove from Sudbury to Mississauga for a Prom Dress we went to 9 Dress shops with no luck in finding a dress and not much help from the merchants. I recently took my daughter shopping In Toronto for her grade 8 graduation dress. Marla's was recommened by a friend who had made the drive with her daughter a few years ago. When we arrived it was very busy, no change rooms were available, we were offered the bathroom which some people might not have enjoyed but we didn't mind. lots of dresses were on sale and we finally found the right one. There was some confusion on payment, we had not been given the sale price and I didn't notice until I was back at the hotel. I was able to message and after just a few text messages I the problem was addressed and my credit card was refunded $268.94. Everyone was very kind while shopping and while addressing the problem, There are so many styles and colour to choose from. I highly reccomend making the drive to shop.

We were easily able to make an appointment, the hours were convenient (not during the lockdown), greeted politely on the moment of arrival and helped right away, and through out the appointment. This is the best place to deal with I had an appointment and went there the girls in the store were the most helpful I have ever experienced their was no rushing you out the door they took time and listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses accordingly for me to try on they were patient when I finally picked the dress that I wanted they were great at figuring out what size should be ordered the dress was ordered and I wanted to make a change in colour before shipping and they did it with no worries or stress. The dress took less than two weeks to arrive and it was sent in a lovely box with a beautiful bag to store the dress in and a nice note with it. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great quality dress for a reasonable price. Great job ladies I will definitely be back in future when I need a dress

I have never met such incompetent staff that are so beyond rude. We went in and were told to order the dresses we wanted in our sizes online and if they didn’t fit correctly, we had upto 30 days to return or exchange as long as the tags were still on and the dresses were in perfect condition. They also mentioned taking a 10% restocking fee if we chose to return. Two weeks after ordering a $600 dress from them, we came in to return it because it didn’t fit and couldn’t be altered. We were met with angry staff, who were yelling at us, told us to “take your dress, get out, and sell it somewhere else.” They also repeatedly told us to “stop talking with our hands” I don’t even know what that means but I was so shocked because I have never been treated that way at any professional establishment. They then told us we only had 5 days to return and that the restocking fee is 50%. We had checked multiple times with the staff to confirm the return policy so this was extremely alarming. Worst service ever. Tacky dresses. Don’t waste your time or money. These employees are as clueless as they come. I’m shocked by their reviews, there is definitely something fishy there because after what I witnessed at that store, their positive reviews make no sense. I love how they respond with all that BS. We entered calmly, and the owner lost her mind at us. It appears they have issues dealing with the March Break rush and dealing with calm customers. Get off your high horse and realize that we are just customers, not criminals. We didn’t return the dress after a month first of all- we received the dress JULY 22 and called them over and over again to find out how to return and to confirm what we had been told but like so many others have experienced- they don’t answer their phone, nor does their phone have space to leave a voicemail. It’s some ridiculous cellphone number that they use. And their staff doesn’t know anything! Literally the biggest mistake we made was trusting what came out of the staff’s mouth. They say one thing one day and change it another day. Check out the other low reviews and you’ll see similar complaints. Seriously awful.

I had never ordered clothes online let alone a prom dress and not only did it fit perfectly according to the size chart with no alterations needed exept for shortening it, but it came in a week and was very high quality. I recently ordered a dress from Marla’s Fashions for my elopement. Initially, I experienced great customer service. They were in contact with me when my dress took longer than expected to ship. My dress was too big when it arrived and they were quick to offer me an exchange. Again, Marla’s offered great service in quickly shipping me a smaller size. However, this is when my experience changed. I received the dress in unwearable condition- beads were falling off and the bottom of the dress was discoloured/ stained. I waited 3 weeks to receive a refund after sending two follow up emails. I was required to pay the restocking fee (even though I would have kept the dress had it been in good condition). In addition, when I brought this up to the dress consultant she made me feel as though she was doing me a favour by only charging a 10% restocking fee, claiming that it should be 30%... and implying that they should have charged me the restocking fee on my first exchange. **Their website states that there is a 10% restocking fee on returns, and the restocking fee is waived if a dress is returned for a different size or colour. So be aware if you are purchasing online that this may not be accurate** Unfortunately, after my experience I would not order a dress from Marla’s Fashions and would not recommend this store for online shopping.

Went into Marla's today and found the dress that I bought there for my daughter's graduation on sale. I produced the receipt and asked if they would honor the sale price and she said no. I asked why she wouldn't honour it and she said they don't have a policy on this. I said most other stores would honour the sale price. She again said they have no policy on this and I asked if she could honour the sale out of common courtesy to the customer. She said she owned the store and she can't do that. She was very abrupt and then just walked away from me. Very rude, very unprofessional and I will never shop there again. I told all my friends, neighbors and my daughter's friends parents. None of them will ever shop there again. I can't believe she can get away with treating people this way. When my daughter and her friends graduate from high school, we will NOT be shopping at Marla's!!!!!!

After going to over 5 stores to try to find a decent dress at a decent price, we came in here and now I have a dress for under 300$ including taxes! Had to spend over five hours trying to find a dress for my cousin who is not here. Had all the measurements and went on er them with the two ladies in the store. Agreed on a the size. Made an order for two dresses and paid $1000 ... Not cheap.. A week later recieved the order. Initially I didn't want to open the bags they came in cause I have to ship them overseas and thought it's better to keep the way they are tucked in. But thought I might as well take a look before I send them. Glad I did cause the size of the dresses were one size smaller!! Both of them! Called the store. They don't know what happened and how that mistake occurred eventhough we spent an hour going over measurements to ensure the right size to order. They re-ordered the proper size after explaining that I'm in a rush. I live almost an hour away. Asked if they could accommodate me before or after work on the day I work cause my work is in the area...almost.. they initially said yes but then the order was delayed. They said they'll mail the dresses to me via courier..then they called and said no I have to return the small size dresses first...ok...the complications of their mistake has made my life hectic since I'm not in the area everyday. BIG MISTAKE! Not even an apology for their fault. Manager's rude and didn't care much about how I felt. Zero customer service. Requested to speak to her superior...never heard from them. Learned a lesson..never will I ever go back there again! So careless!

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had when it comes to dress shopping. First of all I placed my order over the phone specifically so that I could pick up my item in store and instead they sent it to my billing address which is in a completely different province. Luckily I caught them before it could be delivered so they finally had it sent back to the store. However the conversation I had over the phone with the employee was the most frustrating conversation. It was as if I was speaking another language even though I was speaking English. Finally when I came to the store it took them 10 minutes to find my dress and in the end it was behind the cash register the whole time. The dress didn't fit and the employee was trying to get me to try other dresses even though I told her I specifically needed a navy blue dress because I am a bridesmaid. She told me I could place the order at the store for a different size and it would be sent out within two business days. I called the store a week and a half later after trying to discuss the issue over WhatsApp with an employee. My dress was not ready to be sent out until a week and a half later and by that point it was too late because I needed to get it altered before my event. When I spoke to the manager I told her it would be nice if they would waive the restocking fee for the refund considering I had such a terrible experience with her employees (especially since they said it would ship in 2 business days and instead it took 1.5 weeks) but she refused. Anyway I've learned to just take my business elsewhere and I would rather shop elsewhere in Toronto than here.

I got my grad dress here last year. Since I'm from London we weren't gonna go because it's a 2 hour drive. But we couldnt find anything in London. I absolutely love my dress! It’s perfect. The only minor issue I had is that they didn’t tell me the dress was out of stock until after I bought it. But they contacted me and asked when my event was to make sure they would be back in stock in time. Great customer service. And they sent me a free gift too!

the dress is beautiful! Yes, very simple but a really nice material and a good fit for my curves. in our group of bridesmaids we agreed to accessorized with nude color shoes and purse and go wild with the jewelry. it is fun!! I'm really happy with my purchase.
