I am highly disappointed! I got to this location today June 28th 2020 around 8:20pm and the doors were locked.... The location states online it closes at 9pm. Since the doors were locked I made sure that it was not 8 and definitely 9, which it was 9pm The thing that really got me frustrated is the security guard looked at me and did not say anything...so then the associate then walked out the store to get the cart in the parking lot while avoiding eye contact...while I repeatedly asked if he was open.. long story short They were open but there was nobody was in the store... After all that said I could come in if I NEEDED something, I left, very unprofessional

Great prices but not much selection. The beef I have with this place is paying for sunglasses and them not turning up in my bags. So where are they? Terrible customer service. Employee went to Facebook and made nasty comments about my fiance and I, even using his name when we never approached her or talked to her. I filed a complaint and then she proceeded to have her boyfriend contact my fiance and send him death threats. Management has done nothing about this. I shouldn't have to worry about my physically safety or receiving death threats by walking into a store.

As far as Burlington stores goes, this one is one of the greatest in the area. They have a great selection of ties, shoes, coats, and other clothing. Check it out, you might find a hidden treasure and a good deal for your pocket!

The merchandise is great but I have to make sure I always have a lot of time to shop there because I wait in the line to cash out for and average 20-35 min every time. Multiple times there have only been 4 people in front of me and they average 5 min per customer. It’s crazy! The employees are usually rude and veryyyy slow!!

Recent discovered this newly opened store. It's location is prime. Close to the fashion outlets and right beside Big Lots. There are a few deals to be had. Personally I prefer the location in Amherst and the one near Walden Galleria. Seems like they have a better selection and clearance

Let me start off by saying I would rate Burlington a 0 if I could for their customer service at the check out counter. I bought a broken mirror from Burlington today 01/05/17 at about 3-4 o'clock, and the employees at the counter were surprisingly rude, rolling there eyes, putting my money on my item that I just bought instead of my hand. I am surprised that somebody hired them to be completely honest Burlington Coat Factory customer service in Niagara Falls is not good at all, but the employes were surprised the mirror was even out because of how badly it was broken. And the most they said they could give me off was $1.50. Which I know if they would have found the mirror before I did, they would have marked it off more than $1.50.

Great selection and prices! Customer service could be a little nicer with small children. I took my kids in here with me to get a suitcase for my husband. My kids being kids pulled out a double stroller and was playing with it. I was in the next aisle and heard a someone say take your sisters coat. I went over and saw this worker yelling at my kids and telling them not to play with the stroller. I told the worker I would put the stroller back but she insisted she would. I totally understand it was the end of the day and they don't want the kids playing with merchandise. That is totally understandable. However kids are going to be kids. My son said Mom I was going to put it away but she took it from me. Then at closing the guy reminded me that they were closed and did not seem to happy at all. That was a second after the announcement. My kids were just deciding on what cup they wanted. As my kids and I made our way to check out all 3 or more employees were laughing. So I love Burlington, but the customer service definitely could be a lot better! Kids are going to be in stores. Some people just should not work in retail! I did for many years and always treated families with respect.

Always a good shopping experience when I'm at Burlington. I enjoy looking threw all the clothing, youll always find something good. I bought a grey pair of sweat pants and a pair of Nike's for 50.00$. Can't beat the quality and price.

Store itself is great, good prices good quality. I go in today and purchase a few items. I cash out and when I get home I realized one of my perfume gift sets were missing a perfume.. so I call and they say to come in. I come in and they say I can exchange, great. I look and unfortunately that was the last one of that scent. So I say I will still purchase it but will you discount it since it's missing a item. The manager says no because that's probably why it's already discounted. So I say but all the sets are discounted to the same price. And they all have the same amount of stuff. So your telling me the store is intentionally ripping me off.. she gets a attitude and says all she will do is 10percent off and gives me a dollar and 80 cents back. This is not good customer service. Horrible attitude and not helpful at all. The employees are very nice. But the manager for some reason is not helpful at all. I shop at this store alot and spend alot of money here. All it takes is one bad experience and I will never come back. So I guess the store takes returned or half stolen items and puts them right back on the shelf for the same price as all the others. Another example of corporate companies ripping people off. It's ridiculous
