Their new staff doesn't care about customer service, so this incident is like 2 weeks ago, normally i use to go their in mornings and there were two manager (girls) trying to fix the issue in my order and then suddenly they stop talking in ENGLISH with each other (at some level that thing makes me loosing my patience), even tho my order was again wrong. After everything i was leaving and i met another manager (having light blue shirt) in lobby, when he came to know about everything, then firstly he apologize and requested me to gave him a chance to fix everything and he did fixed that, these 4 stars are for that manager.

Another morning, another time where I didn’t get mcgriddles at 10:45am. We literally waited 30 minutes in line for them to tell us they could make them but it would be 8-10 minutes. We said we would wait but then she said she couldn’t do them after all? I would give 0 out of 5 stars but I can’t give less than one star on google apparently. I understand they have the 11am cutoff of making McGriddles, not the 10:45 cutoff? They should make a change to their sign if that’s the case!

Any time I've went to Yarmouth mcdonalds they've never gotten my order right so I stop buying the food. Put in a double drive thru and they can't even run that right... decided this morning I'd get their coffee, sat at the speaker and watched 3 cars come after I did to the other speaker and proceed before anyone even asked for my order which was ONLY a coffee. Doesn't matter what you do to make the building look prettier it's still crappy service I guess.

Tired of paying extra money for bacon on a cheeseburger only to get home and find no bacon on the burger. This time I mentioned to them to please make sure there is bacon because the last couple of times it was missing. I get home and bacon is on the burger...2 small pieces that are hard enough to snap and of course they charged me for it even though it should've been free for the inconvenience. It certainly appears that McDonald's is leaning away from food to serve coffee . Food seams to be a bother to them as they push aside food customers to serve coffee . Coffee customers have priority so if your wanting to go their to eat, be prepared to wait and be told to move aside for their coffee customer . Better then that , go somewhere else if your hungry .

Wait times could be so much better! If you go for a coffee, fries, nuggets, or pretty much anything else during their busy times - be prepared to be asked to pull over to the left (even if you see your order waiting on the counter). Food wise, it's as good as any other fast food restaurant. Atmosphere is ok.

Every single time I have gone through I’m putting a gamble on what I am going to get. My iced coffees are wrong 4/5 times, the staff is rude and my food is usually cold or made wrong. For the way the prices have SHOT sky high you’d think the service and food would match that. But it’s just gone to the trash in the last years. Overall, it's decent for what it is. It's hit or miss as far as freshness and accuracy goes. There have been times when the fries are really salty and it seems at least one person enjoys putting a lot of salt and pepper on the burger patties as well. Sometimes, you will get a burger in which it is clear someone was angry when they made it lol...again...it's hit or miss. I have learned to check the bag/s before leaving to make sure everything is there. I honestly hate being "that person" because I've worked in fast food before and "Karens" used to make me roll my eyes, grit my teeth and suppress seething rage too...It would be nice if I didn't have to doubt my order though. But hey, we're human. Mistakes happen. In closing, when you're hungry and just need something quick and cheap. McDonald's is there for you. Just lower your expectations a bit and you'll be fine.????????

Ordered a PLAIN bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. First of all it took them about 10 minutes to make and we were told to park on the side. Which was fine. Since the new owners I think things have gone down hill, I’ve heard they don’t treat their employees well and most of my favourite workers I don’t see anymore :(. I went through the drive thru this morning to order a coffee a bagel and a water. I got to the speaker and started to ask for my caramel iced coffee and then started to tell them i wanted a everything bagel with cream cheese and got cut off with my total for just my iced coffee the lady was very rude about it. i then tried to nicely tell her i wasn’t finished my order. i was ignored, i drove up to the window tried to explain that i was cut off the person did not understand what i was explaining at all. took an extra 5 minutes to get my order right and pay for it holding up the line. When i got my order i was extremely disappointed, iced coffee had no liquid sugar in it whatsoever, my bagel had almost no cream cheese. the only thing right this morning was my bottle of water. Yarmouth mcdonald’s has become such a huge disappointment.

Went to this restaurant tonight and was not impressed. We went through the drive thru and ordered big mac's with no buns because of a diet that I am on. It was ordered and we got our order correctly, however we could hear a worker inside making fun of the burger, about the way it looked and how it smelled, and also sarcastically stating that she would be getting her burgers that way from now on and laughing loudly. I do not think that this is acceptable behavior at all!!!

The food is usually fine. But every single time I go in the morning. The lady is sitting on her rear end in the drive thru. Very unprofessional when she won't even get up to pass the debit machine!!

Needs a change in management. Hearing managers yell at staff for having difficulties keeping up with orders is not my idea of a goodnight out. This is not what your staff deserves either. I can say until the management changes I will not be returning.

Worst McDonald's ive ever been to.i was there twice.first time shorted about $15 worth of food.last weekend $80 order got back to cittage and was shorted about another $25 worth of orders.i will never go bact there,they owe me $40 hope they dont do that often.thats really bad 0 for 2 trips in about 4 months.ive let my friends know not to stop there and to pass it on to their friends. Things are exoensive enough to have a big corporation ripping you off every time
