Rooms have been upgraded with new beds, furniture, electronics and locks.I'm taking away one star for the spotty internet. Staff was friendly and helpful as always.

Convenient location for the ferry. Iron and board in room, hair dryer, laundry available. Noise was not a problem. Good night sleep

This is an old property that has been updated. The bed was comfortable, the staff pleasant, and breakfast was real egggs and sausage. However, it was overpriced considering I have stayed at much nicer hotels for the same price or less.
