Very poor customer service and training for staff. Product is mispriced, staff would not honour pricing and owner did not explain to the staff over the phone that price on product must be honoured. Customer service is not a priority in this store.

Very clean store! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was very amazed with the selection in personal toys and sexy clothing.. I was driving at least an hour out of town I am so glad Cupids Boutique has come to Woodstock.

Went in on Valentine's Day and was extremely unimpressed. Overpriced, paltry selection, radio blaring so loud you can't have a conversation, and the obnoxious woman behind the counter was extremely rude, and seemed more interested in looking at her gaudy gold nail polish and showing off her tattoos than helping customers. Save your money and time and order from Amazon where everything is at least 25% cheaper. Or go to the Love Shop. This place is a dive.

Horrible business. The owner got an employee to let me go. BecAuse I missed ONE shift because my baby got rushed to hospital by ems because he stopped breathing. Stag shop or love shop is way better stock and is worth the 30 or so min drive. This place is horrible!!!! Go else where!!

Amazing staff i didnt catch her name but there was a very nice and very welcoming lady there think her name was kay? But anyway such a good experince very kind and so helpful and i love to see how much she likes her job genuinely made me feel so at ease even had a few laughs. Will 100% be coming back very large Inventory and super helpful and caring staff would love to see more workers like her if i could say anything she should really be proud of herself????

The sales lady barely even looked up from her takeout that was delivered mere moments before we entered the store. We wandered around the ENTIRE store and she still didn't even give an acknowledgement look towards us. The prices are so inflated it's laughable, and selection is lacking. Won't recommend or return.
