I have been in a few times only to find the people who work there only talking with each other never greeting me never getting help when I go in for shoes I asked a guy who was in the shoe department if he worked there he said yes and went on ignoring me so I left I will never give that store any more chances the only reason I'm giving this store a one is because it wont let me go past this to post

Failed to mention that their $50 promo gift card had a time limit. My 14 year old kid for her first big purchase ever bought a pair of blundstones. Came with the $50 gift card. She would not have bought them otherwise. By the time we came back for snowpants the card was expired - did not know that. Shameful that they would push their promo but not mention the expiry date. I expect more from our favourite sports retailer.

Not a very welcoming place.... I was trying to find a size 8 woman shoe... the only size I kept seeing was 8.5....... It was half a size to big.... so every shoe I asked about the little guy sorta helping me was hiding in the back and finally after trying on several shoes at 8.5, I HAD to ask him... "Well what do you have in size 8?!?!" Not happy with me.... he finally.brought out a pair of size 8 shoes, that were $167!!! Which we paid for, but this is the treatment we get for spending all that $$ on 1 pair of shoes!! Will not be shopping here again! Those young people need to learn customer service!! ???????? I couldn't post this without rating it! If I could choose no stars I would've!!!!

They refused to let me return a faulty jacket. The zipper kept pulling apart and when returned o was denied refund after I provided the receipt. The lady looked at me as if I were lying. Now i am without a jacket and needing to purchase a new one. That's how local businesses lose their customers. I will buy all my climbing and camping gear elsewhere and suggest everyone do the same as this store has a blatant disregard for local customers.

Terrible customer service managers laughing at customers straight to there face, employees don’t know the return policy of the company they work for, will not be stepping foot back into this place, would 10/10 recommend ordering online instead of going into this store

Have been looking at skates for over a year. The staff who came to assist me was extremely knowledgeable about the products and went out of his way to assist me. Wish I could remember his name but it was the best experience I have had at a sports store in some time. It is rare to find someone who is dedicated at knowing their product and how it will best work for the client. He also rushed sharpening them for me before store close as I was flying out the next day.
