This clothing alteration shop has been in the semiahmoo mall, at this location, for 17 years. They must be doing something right. I don't handle a thread and needle too well, so when I'm looking for alterations, I know where to go. The staff continued to work as I talked and that's no problem. Thanks for the picture .....

I had to rewrite my review. This place has always had the best prices for tailoring and I have trusted every article to them. They've been my go to place. Recently, I had a misunderstanding with them where I was left disappointed and they were great with their customer service. I was really impressed by how they rectified the situation. I will be a longterm loyal customer.

Brutal customer service. Went to the White Rock Stitch it to get the zipper fixed on a pair of jeans. I was told 3 days. Came back 3 days later and after having to endure having the lady look for my jeans for 15 minutes she tells me that she accidentally gave them to someone else!!I was told to come back the next day, where I arrived at 6 pm, only to be told that the people with my pants had not yet returned them! A courtesy call to maybe come back a day later would have been helpful, ya think??? I won't be back...

I recently alter pant there and had very bad experience, I left pant on June 1, should pickup on 7. I came there about 5:50pm, the lady can't find my pants…after a couple of minutes,she found it, but do nothing…ask me go back later to pickup…I was surprised by her rude manner and service.

Unfortunately, I took my husband's new suit pants to get hemmed and the job was very poorly done. I am currently in the process of tearing out the stitches and re-doing it myself. Dear me! In hindsight, I would never have taken them to have the work done *professionally*. Oops!!
