Gulgun is AMAZING to say the least! Brought in two coats to be tailored, one of which was messed up by the seamstress in Semiahmoo Mall. Gulgun not only fixed this lady's mistake, but made this coat fit PERFECTLY! She also took in another coat for me and again, fits perfectly! I put one sleeve on and knew I was going to love it! 100% recommend her! She's got an eye for design and knows what she is doing! Also, really quick service too!!!!!

Wow, they did an amazing work on my suit, I dropped about 45 pounds(20kg) and they literally did a whole new suit out of it, what an awesome skill set they have and focused on details, I heard their names from couple of my friends and drove from downtown to White Rock just to get refitting and it's all worth the drive... I'm so happy and they charged me really fair and reasonable...I dropped 2 more suits.....

Gulgun is a miracle worker. It took 4 months for the dress to come in and when it did, it was too tight. This is for grad. I don’t know what she did short of adding more material but when we came back it fit. She must have completely taken the dress apart because it actually fit, even a little big. Taking in is a lot easier. Thank you so much Gulgun! You saved us!

Brought my pants by. Wouldn’t even hear me out. Just told me I have to wash them first. They’re work pants. They’ve been washed multiple times. They actually just don’t come out cleaner. Thanks for judging me. And literally smelling my pants to tell me they smell bad. Guess you only want pretty things to hem, not actually going to do anything to help. Love the fact I was easily willing to pay whatever it would of taken to fix them. First thing I said “this is all about functionality, not about making it pretty”. Thanks for an instantly terrible experience after being referred by a friend to come by. Rude. Extremely rude.

Poor customer service. Alteration quality was acceptable. Did not call for pick up as requested. Would not give quote and was upset I did not have cash on pickup. No proper tickets or labelling for drop offs. Would not leave anything of considerable value with this business for that reason.

Very nice having them around! I have always been reluctant to use a tailor service, but am very happy to have found these ones. Very helpful and honest people with great knowledge - I brought them a particularly challenging project (in my opinion) and it came out perfect! Definitely will not hesitate to recommend to a friend!

Gulgun Is amazing! My daughters prom dress was being made by another seamstress and it just was not coming together the way we wanted. Gulgun corrected the problems and basically remade the dress! She did a beautiful job and we are so happy! My daughter had so many compliments on her lovely dress. Thank you so much for stepping in at the last minute and rescuing prom night. I brought in a vest to be altered from a larger size - it was altered to a size so small, I had to give it away. Another item, I asked to be taken in and again, it was brought in way too much....thankfully I was able to repair myself.The owner does not provide proper tickets when you drop off items and does not always remember her quotes...very poor service and therefore I do not recommend.

Gulgun does a fantastic job! I've been here about 4 times now and I've taken multiple items - pants, long sleeve shirts and my Calvin Klein suit. She's done a fantastic job every time. I now get compliments on how my clothes fit me perfectly and they feel so much better to wear every day. Great place!
