Madison Five is one of my favourite fashion stores to shop at in White Rock/South Surrey. I remember my first visit to the store, where Sam the owner welcomed me with a smile and introduced herself [so there is no confusion re the name, Sam is a classy lady]. Unlike shopping experiences at national chain stores, her clothes are unique and at competitive prices. I often get asked where I purchased something I am wearing from her shop. Two of my fave items are from a Canadian designer and manufacturer in Canada, PUR. It is so refreshing to be able to buy and support Canadian industry. Every visit to the store is liking visiting friends where I often find other women shopping. Sam always introduces us or we introduce each other and the mini fashion show begins as we try on clothes and others help with selections as they share their opinions.

I was shopping for my fiance and the owner was incredibly helpful and so accommodating. The store is gorgeous and reminded me of something out of an Audrey Hepburn movie. I went back just a few days ago and saw she also had designer face masks as well which I thought was super cool and they looked amazing. I'll definitely be back again.

In search of face masks, I was referred to Madison Five. This quaint little boutique has a combination of unique clothing, shoes, jewelry and a variety of comfortable face masks. Despite these challenging times, the owner (Sam) is always welcoming and cheery. I've been back a few times to pick up more masks, and will be back again. (Nice to meet you Sam).

Surprisingly, owner of the store (or sales person, not sure) was impatient and rude to us when we visited even though it was not busy at all, in fact we were the only people in the shop at that time. Women clothes and handbags are in average quality but definitely overpriced. There are lots of similar shops down a few blocks on Marine Dr. with better pricing. Quite disappointed.
