I love the brands they offer, but because this is a small shop, it is hard to find sizes. Also, I once had to wait for over 10 minutes to get someone to help me; one of the sales person was chatting with a friend and didn't even acknowledge me.

Lovely store with clothing to kitchen items. Their bowls and cups are quite reasonably priced for the beautiful designs they have. Their clothing can get expensive, but the sale section is a great place to look at. Occasionally they have extra 25% off these items and you can get some items for quite cheap. I find their clothing has unique prints and patterns. The sales associate in the fitting room was super friendly and have helpful tips. Definitely give this shop a look if you're in the South Granville area. Even if you're not planning on buying something, it's a nice store to look through (though you might end up with something anyways).

My wife loves this store. As I wait for her, I walk around looking at the antique furniture they use to display their goods - some of them are super old and quite pricey. As a dude, I appreciate the antique furniture.

Fun to walk around here as they have quite an assortment of items including clothing, books, other decor items. If the items are in sale, then the price is OK, otherwise it is a bit on the pricy side.

Was very torn what rating to leave. I've had really friendly staff experiences here but also some of the worst of my life. A year or so ago an older staff member here body shamed me and had me crying thinking about it afterwards. Was very rude and I've often wished I'd reported her so she didn't treat others that way in the future. For the most part items here are incredibly overpriced but upstairs at the back they have a permanent clearance section where you can get some really good deals (especially on toiletries). Very basic stationary, gifts and homewares (you're better off going to Main Street where you'll have a larger selection, lower prices and be supporting local independent companies) but the makeup and toiletries are nice and the clothes are lovely. Great place to shop for wedding outfits or smarter everyday clothes.

Not the best Anthropologie I’ve been to but pretty good. It’s just not very big (in comparison to some huge ones I’ve been to). The customer service is good and the clothes are good and cute. The home section isn’t too big. I mean... better than not having any Anthropologie!

Great store with a lot of variety, but the service could be improved. I went shopping with my aunt, and the associates just seemed to be, puzzled, by her... In the fitting room, the associate didn't seem to understand what my aunt was saying, which was fine (I just ended up helping her out myself). But at the cash register, that associate seemed to be annoyed when she asked for my aunt's information; I could understand if the store was busy, but we were the only customers on the main floor. Just wasn't a great experience, I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the cash register associate was having an off day.

Nice layout and easy to shop or peruse at you're own pace and no staff pouncing on you at every corner. Changing rooms are clean and well staffed to help you out. Lovely shopping experience. Be sure to check out the sale corner upstairs!

My poor rating is not with the actual location but with my online shopping experience. Firstly, if you select Anthropologie Canada, and the website even says welcome Canadian shoppers so you think you are shopping in Canadian dollars but you are actually shopping in USD that you don’t see posted anywhere clearly on their website until you have completed your online purchase. But, if you try to cancel your order you cannot, even contacting customer support immediately they are unable to cancel your order. Then, you wait for weeks and weeks to receive your order, contact customer service to receive a shipping status, being told they can not locate your order, but still won’t refund it even though after a month of waiting they have no idea where it is, finally it is found and delivered but you then pay more for customs and duties. We ordered a duvet cover and pillow cases and once they finally arrived they weighed a ton, but no where to return this unless shipping back to the states, so paying for return shipping costs (ordered during COVID which might explain the extra long wait to receive the order but doesn’t explain how it got lost in transit, but I couldn’t return at the time because stores weren’t open yet). The duvet cover is sooooo heavy that I cannot get the comforter to lie flat inside, which is beyond maddening, and from the weight of everything all the closure button holes at the bottom are ripping. I would not expect this from something I paid over $600 Canadian for!!! The website is not clear that this is USD, buttons ripping, literally being so heavy I cannot manage this bloody duvet cover, and their terrible online support, I will NEVER order anything from Anthropologie ever again!!!

My favourite store of all ???????????? Every lunch break I get, I go there and admire all of the beautiful products. Every birthday I spoil myself with the most gorgeous gifts, can’t wait for the birthday coupon in my emails. Worth every penny, one of a kind items for the house, the office and so much fashion. Beautiful kitchen stuff and so much more. There is other store like Anthropology. Very unique and vibrant. Gorgeous colours. Great and friendly staff, the manager at Granville is a super helpful lady.

Almost zero covid-19 safety protocols in place regarding capacity. This place was totally overcrowded when I visited and the staff didn't seem to care. I'm disappointed that a business was such a high quality service level as well as nice products for sale would disregard this so significantly.

I like Anthropologie and was hoping to get a couple of items from sale and came to shop after work around 5:25. I was browsing the store and was ready to try two of my items on at 5:40 and asked where is the fitting room. In response I got that the store is closed, and the employee seemed quite surprised why I even bothered asking him that. I asked the same assistant earlier if it closes at 6pm, which was confirmed. I was quite puzzled and it’s has been quite a bad customer service experience. The items for sale are great, but being told that I cannot try anything on 20 minutes before the store closes after browsing it for a while is quite weird, and I believe customers should be warned at least about this while entering. Really do not feel like coming back to this location again. Leaving the stars only because of the product quality and previous experience with the store (though it was in Park Royal).

I’m so disappointed with service at this location! They sell dirty and defected items on sale with return policy of a year for full refund but we you bring stuff back just cause they didn’t work, they gives you attitude for unworn but dirty products they have sold to you and won’t get it back.

Got my purse from here. Anthropologie offers a collection of home decoration, clothing and accessories in a light boutique style. Always interesting to shop here and discover their new designs. Price range is somewhat similar to Aritzia or Club Monaco.
