My poor rating is not with the actual location but with my online shopping experience. Firstly, if you select Anthropologie Canada, and the website even says welcome Canadian shoppers so you think you are shopping in Canadian dollars but you are actually shopping in USD that you don’t see posted anywhere clearly on their website until you have completed your online purchase. But, if you try to cancel your order you cannot, even contacting customer support immediately they are unable to cancel your order. Then, you wait for weeks and weeks to receive your order, contact customer service to receive a shipping status, being told they can not locate your order, but still won’t refund it even though after a month of waiting they have no idea where it is, finally it is found and delivered but you then pay more for customs and duties. We ordered a duvet cover and pillow cases and once they finally arrived they weighed a ton, but no where to return this unless shipping back to the states, so paying for return shipping costs (ordered during COVID which might explain the extra long wait to receive the order but doesn’t explain how it got lost in transit, but I couldn’t return at the time because stores weren’t open yet). The duvet cover is sooooo heavy that I cannot get the comforter to lie flat inside, which is beyond maddening, and from the weight of everything all the closure button holes at the bottom are ripping. I would not expect this from something I paid over $600 Canadian for!!! The website is not clear that this is USD, buttons ripping, literally being so heavy I cannot manage this bloody duvet cover, and their terrible online support, I will NEVER order anything from Anthropologie ever again!!!
