Marilyn is lovely. I called her from Calgary today. My husband bought me the wrong size clothes. Her customer service is fantastic and of coarse she only sells great quality clothes including my favourite designer, Joseph Ribkoff. I would highly recommend stopping by her store and checking it out.

I had no idea there was such a high end fashion boutique clothing store in West Vancouver. I recommend and will be back again!

Sadly I would caution anyone from shopping at this store. I found the sales staff to be extremely pushy. After purchasing a dress for my mom for my wedding I brought my soon to be mother-in-law to look at dresses. She was convicted to but a dress over her budget and didn't even remove it from the store. After sleeping on it decided it wasn't the dress and when we called to cancel was told the $1000+ would only remain as an in store credit. I called to speak to a manager and found Mia to be very rude and not appreciate our businesses and willing to do nothing to help. I will never shop here again and it has put a black cloud over my wedding day for I feel responsible for having suggested going to Marilyn's in the first place. Buyer beware!
