Loads of really lovely second-hand premium brands available in this store but sadly, it’s a merchandising disaster. I would have spent a lot longer shopping, and probably bought a few items, if I wasn’t so overwhelmed by the sheer volume of garments and disorganised over-stacked racks. This and the sloppy hand-written signs around the shop give off a vibe of laziness or lack of pride. Maybe mis-management? It’s especially surprising as a shop which sells high-end brands, second-hand or not. I will likely be back, but maybe following a glass of wine or CBD gummy.

A smaller, indie second hand clothing store, the owner is a nice woman who knows her clients and customers very well and treats everyone nicely and is friendly. The store itself features men and women's clothing, jackets, shoes, bags and more.

Encore has a decent collection of women's shoes, accessories and clothing. The owner, Trish and all the other ladies who work there are very kind, fun and respective. I love its designer and vintage clothes and am highly recommending shopping here!

I gave quite a few brand name pieces from leather jacket to purses to Trish to sell for me based on 60% commission for her and 40% back to me. In the beginning she was very nice and promised quick sales and weekly cheques in return. Months later when I checked with her staff (hard to find her) I was told I had no right to ask for cheques and items could not be returned to me if not sold. One of her staff was extremely rude to me for even checking on my items. There is no computerized system in this store. Tags are lying around ... You never know when your item is sold or not. You will never get a phone call. Later they will tell you if your share is less than $50 you will not even get a cheque. You are better off selling yourself. *I now trust the other negative reviews. Regret leaving my stuff at her store.

I brought an assortment of shoes and dresses here hoping they would sell. I think they probably did sell but I never saw any money from them. I was told they never had that item, I was mistaken. A few items of mine just went "missing" here. So, I wouldn't recommend selling anything through them.

Great takeover. Staff is savvy and very friendly. Pleasure to browse around. Prices are affordable and the owner is delightful. About time !!!
