I do find the clothing to be of high quality but this is a perfect example of a business that needs to re-evaluate their level of customer service. I purchased my daughter's uniform on July 20th and here we are on September 15th and I'm still waiting for a backordered item. The only way to contact the company is by phone and the wait is tremendous. There is no phone number for the local store. If only they had email I could follow up that way and save myself the headache of waiting on the phone. They are making it much more appealing to buy basic pieces at Old Navy and the like.

Terrible hours - only until 5pm for people that work and want to take their kids for uniforms - impossible to get when you close at the same time that most people finish work....you really should have later hours at least one night / week.

Horrible, Called and got no answer so i drove down to the actual store. They are closed on a Thursday! The sign said they were open to. Now i have to wait even longer to start school because i don't have a uniform. I'm not pleased.

Am so surprise by the attitude of one of the staff of this McCarthy Uniforms on 1955 LaSalle Boulevard, at approximately around 5pm today 1st of September 2020,myself wife and my daughter who's a student were in the store, on getting there I was told two people are allowed at a time in the store then I move out to stay in my car after shopping am to come in and pay and I ask my wife to step out and stay in the car while I was inside the store a family of four where ask to come in, then I ask the store attendant why, you ask me to stay out of the store but you allow another family of four to come in that's not fair on my part, she called me all sought of names call me crazy threaten to call police on me and really aggressive, l have to leave when I see that she's so uncontrollable. I was treated so bad and that might be my last time of visiting the store. .

1 star for the Sudbury store, rude staff. 5 stars for the customer service that replied my email in less than two hours, on a Saturday. Will call them on Monday to discuss that. Unacceptable customers been treated like this

First off, these reviews are ridiculous!!! I went in today to purchase a uniform for my son, and I walked in and was acknowledged right away! I didn't have to wait at all. Not only was the salesperson Alicia so friendly and nice she was very knowledgeable! Amazing store and awesome staff!!!

I feel bad for the employees that work at this location!! Yesterday a witness a man screaming in a staff members face about the policy of one student and parent aloud in the store per a shopping trip. He was calling her names and trying to intimidating her by step towards her as she keep stepping back. The girl handled it very well as me and my two daughters and son stood off to the side scared at this mans behavior toward her. Also well in store I witness two other customers screaming and having fits about the request of having to wear a face covering to shop in store. People need to stop and think about how they are treating these (KIDS) that work at this store, this could be your child's first job and how would you like for people to yell and scream at your child. These employees have right's and corporate head office should really thing about the safety of the staff more. Employee's should not have to put up with this disrespect from customers!! PEOPLE IT IS A RIGHT TO SHOP AT STORES...IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RESPECTFUL TO STAFF STAY HOME!!!

As a sales associate here, it's a really great work environment. I dont know how to fully explain everything without it being a massive paragraph, but all I can say is that its just amazing. I enjoy it there because the staff is welcoming and truly amazing. Really good work experience.

Very long wait and poorly organized. I waited over a 1/2 hr in line to get to speak to someone and, since only 1 staff member could handle exchanges, I had to wait another 15 minutes to be served, so 45 minutes for an exchange that took all of 2 minutes. I also find the prices high for what I'm getting. I wouldn't care if the clothing were made in Canada, but it isn't.

My daughter bought some uniform items from the Sudbury store. My daughter asked for a pair of size 6 socks and the staff member returned with a size 9 to 11 when my daughter told the staff member that they were the wrong sized socks she was told that they would be fine. My daughter returned to the store today to exchange her brand new unopened socks and the staff told her that they were final sale and that she would have to buy another pair. When she asked for another pair of size 6 the staff member returned with a size 7 to 8.5 sock and once again my daughter told the girl that they were the wrong size and once again my daughter was told she would be fine. Two visits to the store and twice my daughter is handed the wrong size sock and told that she will be fine. Then to put the icing on the cake for this visit one staff member says to my daughter that if she wanted to get her money back for the socks she could sell the on Kijiji. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a person that offered the customer that should be offered in the store. At this point the they are looking in to giving my daughter a refund.

I was there the other day for my daughter and we purchased a kilt and knee high socks. The staff was very kind and helpful. The staff member took my daughter and I to the sock wall and referred my daughters shoe size to the size chart on the wall. Tracy your review is hilarious because my daughters shoe size is also 6 and we were handed the 9-11 as well. The 9-11 knee highs are the equivalent to shoe size 6. My sister was also telling me when she went shopping for my niece that the sales associate also referred to the size chart for her daughters knee highs. This lady is just mad because she does not know what she's talking about lol. Keep up the great work guys, we received excellent service!!

Horrible..Horrible experience Got to the store was yelled at with another mom and child to wait outside!!! A lady at the cashed waved me in, I went into the store the other employee yelled at me again... I was so confused i asked do u want me in or out ...she replys you get out if your going to be rude which I wasn't I than told the yelling employee that her co worker waved at me to come in with my child. She than yelled at her co worker!!!!!! What a horrible experience!!!!!
