Great store! Small but quaint, this store has all the items you need for your infant/baby. Prices here are very good too, cheaper than the big box stores. Staff are very helpful and nice. I love how you can purchase online and pick up in the store as well. Would recommend for sure!

Love this store and their staff! So much to choose from and the staff are very patient and always willing to answer questions/do a demo of a product. I had my registry there and have done shopping since for both my children. They will price match, inquire further with companies if need be, and go above and beyond for their customers. Best of all they ship ! :) Love this store! So happy about their new (and bigger) store!

Great store with amazing selection. Melissa and Jane are always incredibly helpful. The service is personalized so you learn and get to touch and feel products. The amount and variety of products is so nice because they do seem to have everything you need for your baby all the way up to toddler. Excellent for gift ideas as well.

If you have driven down the Kingsway in Sudbury and have seen the sign and have not stopped in, or googled baby stores online and just were not sure? Let me tell you right now this is the place to go! From everything baby to pre schooler there is something for everyone. From baby necessities, to clothes, toys and all the gadgets you did not even know existed. My favorite part is the store is owned and ran by our very own local Sudbury peeps and the owners do an amazing job at bringing in locally made products as well! So do not keep thinking about it, stop in, make your first in store or online purchase. You will not be disappointed. :)

This place is amazing! The staff were amazing! I placed an online order on a Monday and by Tuesday morning it was being shipped out, however somewhere along the way I noticed my address was not showing on the shipping site it was showing my email so I sent an email and they were able to get the package off the truck later in the day fix the label and get it back out the following day (Wednesday). They replied back to my email within the half hour and they were wonderful to deal with. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service!! Will definitely be ordering more!

I came across Jump! by chance and ordered a specific item I needed from their store not knowing it was just a few hours north from where I live. I was so pleased to discover how quickly my item arrived and with a hand written thank you note. A very nice touch. Since then I have done three more orders from Jump! and have been so happy each time. The order always come so fast and is packed so well and always with a thank you note. I will continue to order from them from now on as they have just as much selection as the big box stores and it comes faster than they do.

I will be ordering from them again! I last minute realized that I had no where for my little guy to eat when we go from family gatherings at Christmas. I ordered a portable high chair yesterday (3 days before Christmas mind you), paid ONLY $10 for Purolator express shipping, and it showed up 24 hours later, with a lovely card with a lipbalm attached! They also have high-quality products for babies and kids and a huge selection to choose from. More recently, I made a last minute purchase and honestly had the item in my hands in less than an hour and a half via curbside pickup! I don't often write reviews, however I do think this store deserves a great reputation. For me, it's important to support stores that sell quality items as opposed to big box stores that leave not only large ecologic footprints, but also greatly impact our economy. I enjoy that this store carries a large variety of items from quality mainly small and family owned retailers. It makes you feel good about your purchase, without mentioning that the store itself is locally owned. Aside from this, I also had a great customer service experience with a very minor thread coming undone on a onesie I had purchased. I don't usually like to complain, so I was hesitant to reach out over a broken thread (embarrassing). Without skipping a beat, the staff at Jump! The Baby Store went out of their way to acquire a new piece from the retailer for me to replace the damaged one. This was truly exceptional customer service in my opinion. If that isn't enough to convince you, just take a peep inside!

Great selection. Awesome sales. Helpful staff! Good cloth diaper selection, if you are looking to cloth diaper I recommend going here as you can see and feel the diapers unlike when you shop online. Shop local!

We purchased a snowsuit for our little guy in the eighteen month size thinking he’d fit as he’s a very tall baby but only eleven months old. It unfortunately didn’t and we had to send it back to exchange for the twelve month size. There was a small complication with our order (our error) but it was handled so well by one of the owners and our son now loves going outside in the cold with his perfectly fitted snowsuit. Not only is it very warm (we’ve gone for hour-long walks in subzero temperatures and he’s nice and toasty when we get back) but the double zipper is the best feature. It’s super easy to put on and take off especially for an active baby. Highly recommend shopping at Jump Baby for their products but especially for the awesome customer service.
