Rooms are decent size with amenities that are useful. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Only down side is cost is higher then other hotels in the area. Close to food establishments which is a great reason to stay

Nice, clean and friendly staff. I had checked into another motel down the road and checked out 3 minutes later. Thank God for Comfort Inn. Sometimes it worth paying a little more. Pool was nice and there is an exercise room (I don't do exercise). I was there on a Sunday night in May and it was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff and service. Rooms are very clean. Their breakfast is outstanding. The only problem was the uncomfortable bed. I found it too hard. I think the beds are old and need replacing. I have stayed there several times in the last few years and the bed is my only complaint.

Great friendly service, clean rooms. Only complaint would be that the lovely duvets on the beds are TOO warm for the warmer nights. A spare (lighter) blanket would be helpful to have access to in the room.

I've stayed at this location multiple times. One of the best experience overall from Front End Reception to housekeeping. Never been disappointed at this location. When visiting this area this is my go-to hotel to stay. I've stayed at other Comfort Inns.

Great service with the front desk, housekeepers, and the cooking staff always awknowledge us with a warm welcome. I seen the front desk on top of the covid-19 protocols. Ex. They told a gentleman to keep the luggage cart aside to disinfect. However just the television channels were very limited and the guide a bit tricky to figure out. Other then this it was great. A clean and affordable place to stay!

Overall the location, quality and room were fine if nothing fancy. But the staff needs a reminder to address people and smile from time to time. Also, hotel needs a bit more interior lighting and a sprucing up.

This hotel was a fantastic surprise, everything from the people who checked us in to the lady who was replenishing the breakfast station. The beds were clean and comfortable and it was a nice touch to have pins of yarmouth at the desk. I have recommended this hotel to EVERYONE that I work with and friends.

Great place to stay. Newer Hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Assess by snow mobile wasn't too good due to the bare roads. Didn't like the laminate flooring in our room, cold on the feet.

We intentionally looked up this hotel as we had stayed there once before traveling through. It certainly met our expectations and we had a good time and a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plan to stay there again if it falls right in our journeys.

We have been visiting up North for years now to visit family. The last 4 years as our family is growing, we have been booking rooms at the Comfort Inn. The staff have been friendly, helpful. the rooms are clean and comfortable. The services are good, but best of all they treat my kids with kindness and respect.

I unexpectedly had to travel with a dog and cat. This hotels pet friendly policy took the worry out of that part of my travel. The room was clean, the bed was huge and the climate control made the room very comfortable.2 I will definitely stay here again

Fantastic hotel! Needed an emergency place to stay and assistant manager Tammy was wonderful and so helpful! Covid protocols they have in place are excellent and I felt safe, secure and so comfortable. Thank you Tammy for everything!

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly. Despite what other comments say, and despite what their own website says, they do have queen beds. We were in a really nice room with a brand new bathroom. It’s a quick 10-minute drive to the Nova Star ferry. We used the Nova Scotia Doers and Dreamers travel service to get the reservation.

Just wanted to comment the overall appearance was fine the price I found to be high for what they offer however it is one of the only hotels in town. I get a better rate at several other hotels that offer a deluxe breakfast are up to date and seem newer.

I had previously stayed at this hotel and based on that stay I would have gave a rating of 5/5. However this time around the bathroom was not cleaned well following the previous person that stayed. The rest of the room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel surprised me with it's quality. We booked a room to attend a relative's funeral, thinking it would be an ok place to stay in a little out of the way town. The condition of the rooms, the staff, and the complimentary hot breakfast were a very pleasant surprise. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel had very outdated heating and air conditioners was very noisy while sitting outside. Patio doors were old and hard to open with no way to lock from outside. So this made it about useless having a parking space because you had to go thru the lobby to leave or enter unless you wanted to chance leaving your door unlocked.

Everything went well when dealing with the staff, breakfast was available in a timely manner, and the room had all the features we needed. The location was close to everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable.

Room was very clean and modern. Beds aren't the most comfortable but there were enough pillows to more than make up for that. Staff is friendly. Plenty of easily accessible outlets for charging mobile devices. Fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room was nice.

We spent 3 nights /4 days at this Comfort Inn. My husband & I had our son, his wife & their 2 daughters with us. We had 2 rooms. they were very clean, we all enjoyed the great breakfast & the pool made it a fantastic stay. Will definitely stay there again.

The recent renovations are excellent and the breakfast is top notch. The front desk staff we dealt with left something to be desired. If something is missing from your room it might be better to just let it go then "bother" the staff with doing their job.

The Comfort Inn in Sturgeon Falls is above average at all levels. More importantly, the staff is wonderful and will go the extra step to make your stay a positiveness experience.
