I actually really liked my store experience here -- there were lots of beautiful dresses/bags to choose from which made finding stuff for my event really easy. The store owner was also very helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for formal/party wear in the future.

Absolutely impressed with the service we received shopping for my step daughter's prom dress!! Huge selection of gorgeous dresses. Make no mistake the owner knows what she is talking about..an absolute expert in her field!! We went to bridal shops in the surrounding area and did not receive the same quality of service ...highly recommend everyone shops here 1st..you will not be disappointed !..

Now, I am getting married and my mom and I came in to find her a beautiful mother of the bride dress. We found so many dresses she loved! I went to this boutique to buy an evening dress. It's a very nice shop with lots of pretty dresses and accessories including shoes, purses, and jewelry. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She helped me pick the dress and find matching shoes and purse. But she works there alone, so you might have to wait a long time if you want to get help. I get that some people may get annoyed by her comments, but I believe that's only a matter of cultural difference. I found her comments helpful even though I didn't choose any of the dresses she suggested. Also, the prices are very reasonable. You can find the exact dresses they have in Norma Reed, even prettier, but for half the price or less. If you are looking for an affordable fancy dress, this is the place for you.

The staff are rude but they have a large selection. Don't come here if you're not willing to listen to some lady tell you what you should and should not wear according to her opinion of what looks good on different bodies.

My daughter and I visited the store during non-busy hours (mid-afternoon on a weekday). The store had one person in there looking at dresses. The owner (heavily-accented oriental woman) did not acknowledge us at all, and only spoke to us when my daughter asked to try on a gown. When my daughter pointed to the gown she wanted to try on, the owner said 'Why you go so fancy? It too fancy for you'. She then proceeded to suggest dresses that were not at all what my daughter asked for, and when my daughter asked to try on the dress she liked again, the owner said 'it too much work to take down. When you need dress?' My daughter said 'in two months', to which the owner laughed vulgarly then physically motioned for us to leave and said 'you come back later.' Needless to say, we will not be going back later... Also, as a side note, all of her dresses were no-name imitations (perhaps even counterfeits) of the designers that my daughter likes such as: Sherri Hill, Terani and LaFemme.

My daughter got the perfect Grade 8 graduation dress here last summer - she looked like a glamorous supermodel in it. The store has a large variety of dresses for all fancy occasions, and Cindy has very good taste and judgement, and was very helpful advising my daughter during the nerve-wrecking process of deciding. Also, the store is very large, roomy, and well ventilated, we could look at dresses peacefully and at our leisure, without the usual overcrowded-grad-dress-shopping atmosphere. We came back for a second dress for my daughter, for a wedding, and today I just bought a drop-dead gorgeous burgundy prom dress for my other daughter. Will definitely go there again.

Had a fantastic experience today! After striking out at another store looking for a gala dress (and my confidence taking a beating) the owner asked me for some direction on what I wanted (colours to avoid versus colours I’m interested in, and approximate shape/what I wanted to accentuate and hide). She was incredibly patient, helpful, and the right amount of honest without being rude. When we narrowed it down to three options, she helped eliminate one that, while it looked great on, was not right for the event, and the other wasn’t quite as flattering as THE dress. I found the perfect dress thanks to her support, and I can’t wait to rock it!

The store has a large selection of beautiful, well priced dresses. The owner was extremely helpful and provided top-notch customer service. Glad to say our search is over. Absolutely great customer service! Although i didn’t get a dress here, I found the experience to be awesome. The lady spoke my language so it was very easy to communicate which is always a plus! The lady is incredibly kind and sweet, would come again!!

They had a great variety of dresses here, and the two women were very helpful, as they brought me some dresses they thought would fit me. Depending on who helps you, you will receive the service described in some of the negative reviews. I was the only person in the store at the time, so both of them helped me. You could easily tell who was a little rude and who was more genuine in helping you find a dress. Unfortunately for me, I was shopping on a budget so I didn't spend much time here. That's not to say this place has a bad selection. In fact, there were several dresses that were very pretty that I did not try on because of the price.

Very honest and helpful! There's a great variety of dresses here too. I can see how people can be offended by the blunt advice from her, but it seems she's been doing this for very long and knows exactly what will look good on each body type. Trust her advice!

This store has a large selection of dresses and decent prices. The owner is great! I went here with my sister for her prom dress about 4 years ago and had a really good experience. I recently needed to buy a bridesmaids dress and immediately thought to return to this store. The owner helped me to pick out dresses that were most flattering for my figure and didn't let me waste time trying on dresses that she didn't think would fit or look good. She offered honest advice and helped me in making the right decision. The second dress I tried on I loved and she gave me a great deal on it! I would definitely recommend dress shopping here.

The store had very pretty dresses. The service started off good but took a horrible turn. The lady (owner?) said she would hold the dress for us until end of day on the day....took my name and number. Then around 2:29 she calls us saying she is going to sell the dress because someone else was looking at it....I said we are coming right now - she asked how long until we got there and I said 20 mins, she replied saying I'll give you 10 mins, then calls again because we hadn't made it there in 10mins (because we were about 20 mins away when she called the first time) and said we were taking too long and she is selling it to that lady. I would have understood if she had told us at the start that she could not hold it BUT that wasn't the case. She then called me on the Monday to apologize (left voice message - I was in a meeting) I appreciate her calling - but it was too late at that point. Needless to say - I will not be going back there

Bad service attitude and unfair charge rule.

Absolutely disgusted at the rudeness of this store owner. Took my daughter there to get a grade 8 graduation dress. Told her my budget and her immediate response was “you can’t go shopping for a dress and already have in your head what your going to spend. All other mothers come and just let their daughters pick what they want”. I ignored that I searched around. Showed her more of less the style that she wanted and she looked at my 14 year old and said “you need to tell your mother to work extra hours at work to get you a dress”. I was shocked! Looked at her and informed her I already have 2 jobs and she should be ashamed for speaking like that to any customer nevermind to a child. Would never recommend this place. Found a gorgeous dress in budget at another store

We went into the boutique this week to find a dress for our daughter for a production she is in. The owner was SO helpful. We found a gorgeous red dress with just the right amount of sparkle. The owner then did alterations on the spot on the straps so we did not have to go back. Incredible selection but more importantly...incredible customer service. This is our second time here and we will be back. Thank you for making my daughter feel so beautiful.

Went there looking for a dress for my daughter. The lady working there was rude and not friendly. She wanted to make a quick sale and was getting agitated as my daughter tried on dresses because she couldn’t find anything she really loved. We had a couple of girls there with us, and if one of us didn’t like the dress she would get mad because there were too many people giving their opinions. I would not recommend this place. We ended up going elsewhere and buying a dress for my daughter. Customer service is very important and this place definitely lacks this.

Worst experience ever!! My daughter is an xl and she rold my daughter she is toooo big and has nothig for big girls. My daughter is 13 and in tears. How do u body shame a child.

Put $120 down on a dress. Told her I could not go to my prom because I was having surgery 2 days prior and was told I could not go to my prom. So I go into tell the lady and she laughs at my face and calls me a lier and tells me I can't have my money back or store credit. So she stole $120 from me. DO NOT RECOMMEND HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEFT

The shop attendant was quite rude- repeated several times in a 2 minute visit that it would be hard to find a dress in my size there as I am not a size zero but rather average (God help you if you are plus size and dare to venture in there). If you are a post-pubescent woman and have developed as such, I would recommend veering away from this store.
