This is my consignment shop of choice in KW. I like their selection of clothes, toys, puzzles, shoes, books, stuffies and other kid things. Although they do not offer cash for consignment items, they do give you 40% of what they sell your items for as a credit in their store.

Not impressed. Didn't find anything I was looking for. The stuff they have is mostly worn or washed off. Once upon a child in Kitchener is a bit more expensive but have a better selection of clothes, shoes and children's stuff.

Went into the store with my 4 year old. There were a few toys on the ground. My son touched the toys and was promptly told not to touch. Hard to imagine this is a legitimate children's store. Very disappointed. Will never set foot there again. Dear owner, thank you for responding. Unfortunately you are wrong in accusing my son of opening packages. They were already open, which is why he was using the toys as they were NOT in any packaging. I have been to hundreds of stores with my son and have never been treated so poorly. Very disappointing, and I will continue to share my poor experience.

I have been to this store three times and will no longer visit anymore. While prices are great selection is limited. Regarding my own experiences: One item I purchased was an incomplete set and didn't realize until I opened the package at home - when I went back, I was told that customers buy as is and the staff must've missed the error laughing it off that the consignor must of simply packaged it so it wasn't noticeable. The second time, an item had a piece off of it so the staff tried to then sell it to me for two dollars, which I declined. The third time I went in, I stated my concerns talking with another staff wondering if it would make a difference, however, it didn't seem to matter as the above was stated to be how this store is run.
