tightly packed but much of the clothing is bulky by nature. staff seems to change too often to create a rapport with. but those that remain are always knowledgeable about product. selection is varied as well!

Victoria has a few really great clothing stores and this is one of them. 4 levels of clothes at very reasonable prices. Good mens selection and even better for women. Next trip to Victoria we're coming back.

Lots of neat stuff, overall a nice place to check out if your in the area. A good amount of the items are however not genuine surplus and not much is priced to sell unfortunately. Staff were friendly and eager to help but didn't know their products very well. This seems to be a new store and I see allot of good potiential so long as they start holding true to the core values that make a good surplus store including good selection and value on genuine products.

Mostly lower end airsoft Chinese quality products. Hearing one of the staff give "advice" to a guy looking at knives was cringe worthy. Seriously, if you are going to have your staff sell knives, please give them some homework on Canadian law surrounding knives.

I like this store and the goods they sell, but I've been a bit alarmed by the behavior of the staff the last couple of times I have visited. This final time they paid no attention to the customers and I was disturbed by the racist commentary of the staff at the counter. I want to keep liking this store but this troubling behavior is a bit much.

The inventory needs to step up to match the Vancouver counterpart, there is still a lot of stuff that can only be found on the Vancouver store. The staff is great and very patience, they have to deal often with the worst clients of all: men who want to overcompensate but can't afford one of those big trucks and are not allowed to have real guns, so instead like to come to this store to piss staff off by asking endless questions about airsoft guns they won't even buy.

Purchased over $200 worth of product. They said I would have it by now and they still haven't even received it. I am disappointed because they aren't even willing to help me receive it in a reasonable time. Every time I send an email asking them to remedy this, they try their best to ignore me until I get upset. My Husband ended up calling, he was promised a call back by the end of the day. That didn't happen. He had to call them back. Maryann, the lady who answers the toll free number is terrible to deal with. Don't order from their online store.

Very helpful staff, went over everything with me as I'm new to the sport. Brought down alot of options and went over the differences. I was buying, but the salesman still made time to talk to the younger crowd and tell them about the club and how to get to their matches at the fish and game club. I've browsed the surplus stock in the past and they usually have some neat old stuff kicking around downstairs. Would recommend checking this place out, even if you aren't into airsoft they've got some cool stuff. They also allow (well behaved) dogs in the store. Nice when you're from out of town and pop by when it's 30deg outside.

Great store with a knowledgable staff Who helped me find what I needed straight away. There prices are reasonable and fair. I've never seen so m much military surplus in one store before. There was a large selection of air soft guns ranging from snipers to pistols and pretty much everything in between. Carried many accessories and ammo and a wall and case of blades/knives. This store is one of my new favourites and will be coming back very soon.

Was recommended by a competitor to check these guys out for some rare Benchmade products. On first glance it's not the kind of place i'd ever normally shop at, however I was pleasantly surprised. Eric was very knowledgable and I got a smoking deal on the Crooked River I had been looking for. Can't beat the pricing, I paid well below the competitors prices and got an awesome product.

Customer service is terrible, I believe the gentlemans name is Ethan. He has the "blame the customer" attitude before even knowing the issue. Wasn't willing to even listen before talking over me. Even know the issue was unrelated to the garbage coming out of his mouth. After being hung up on. I called back and was able to talk to Graham. He took the time to listen to the issue and quickly walk me through the process to fix the problem. Turns out it was a simple mistake on behalf of the tech. No big deal. Mistakes happen. Message to Ethan. The store is not your mom's house bud! When you work at someone's elses business they pay you to do your best to have the customer leave satisfied so they come back and spend more money. The vibe you give is that of arrogance and disrespect and if that was my business you would no longer have a job. The thing you don't seem to understand is its cheaper to order online and when it breaks they don't question you they just replace it. I like to support the community shops and I've been responsible for the sale of 8 guns and and a few thousand dollars worth of bbs, gas, Mags and other items from your store. I'm sure the owner would choose my money over your employment any day so maybe you should reevaluate your methods or find another job.

I ordered a 250$ optic set from them online. What arrived was not what was shown on website. I paid to ship it back, then they charged me a restock fee. How was this my fault? Why punish the customer for your mistake? The last dime they ever get from me. Awful service.

Bought a scope for about 150 I should have checked online first found the exact same one for 52 bucks free shipping, the guy that helped me had good customer service skills anyways got to the counter and there was another guy behind the counter talking about a bender he went on using foul language and talking about doing cocaine. If you can wait for what you want I would advice shopping online and getting a better deal, these guys mark up the products they sell way to much I've compared stuff they have online to other places since my purchase and it's ridiculous.

i used to go in there all the time when denise was in the store he made sure his staff were all knoldgeble on what they carried and sold and were even willing to help fix airsoft /bb guns now they just look at basic 12g co2 seal and go we dont carry thows for that gun with out even looking i miss the old crew who were more custermer friendly and orianted less oh sell sell sell
