I can't tell you enough how lucky we are in our little town of Napanee to have the best shops. Starlet is one of those unique shopping experiences. When you walk in their shop, you are instantly treated like royalty...whether just browsing or making a purchase, you are always treated as their #1 client. Their jewelry, clothing and footwear are very designer.My favourite line of dresses has a retro feel...'STOP STARING'. This line of clothing fits like a glove. I always feel like a Star whenever I wear their dresses. I need proper support for my feet and Starlet carries the best in footwear that look amazing and so unique and yet I get the proper support and comfort that I need.

OHMYGOODNESS Where do I begin? I happened to drop in by chance one day, while shopping with a friend. As soon as I walked through the front doors, I was smitten. The crystal was brilliant, the colours were vibrant and the atmosphere was awesome! The music was from another era.. hence, "Starlet".. It is by far, the most unique, wonderful, amazing shop I've ever been in. I'm not from Napanee, but it is worth the drive. Make sure you have a lot of time, because you will not want to leave. The staff were just as wonderful as the gems inside! :)

Found this boutique online by fluke chance looking for a specific item I could not find anywhere else. I ordered the item, and it was shipped immediately! The package came a few days later, packaged very well and in great condition. I was very pleased with the service, and the personal touch of the hand written note they included :) Website and shipping was fantastic.....just wish I lived closer to check them out in person!

I've been trying to find a denim dress like this for a long time, and have never had any success online finding anything that fits. I walked in the Starlet and I saw it on the rack, and lo and behold they had my size. ???? After everything we've all been through this past two years, walking in and finding this was like the best Christmas present ever. Thank you very much and I will be back and take advantage of some sales. And you never know, I might find a pair of knee high boots in my size. ???? The best day ever!

However, I recently had an unfortunate customer service experience, and while the issue has been resolved (I contacted the manufacturer of the faulty product after contacting Starlet), I am still unsatisfied with the way the staff handled the issue .

A lovely place to shop . I have shopped here twice now. Both times great even though I couldn't go into store. I bought shoes, wallet and a mug ..oh and they lovely wooden painted tulips too!
