We ordered a new mascot for our school a few years ago. Upon much research we decided to go with Sugar's and we could be happier with our decision! From design, to creation to delivery the communication and customer service has been exceptional! This past fall we decided we needed to send him in for some minor repairs and cleaning and once again the customer service was outstanding! They noticed some discoloration in some pieces (that we assumed was normal) and worked to resolve them in a way that improved the overall look of the costume. If you choose to work with the amazing women who run this company you will not be disappointed they really provide service that is above and beyond in every way. Sugar Mascots was an absolute dream to work with! They laid out expectations of our mascot very clearly from the beginning, were very responsive, and were spot on with the timeline. Lucie was our rep and she was so, so good!
